Living in London with Italian origins, Lorenzo’s music offers a wide range of sounds. Today’s profound experience is an invitation into an authentic and richly textured world.

Our first release comes from project founder Ariet (real name Michał Gutkowski). The idea behind it was to create a soundtrack to a psychedelic trip in the context of underground club music.

The last track comes from an artist on the rise in the global hypnotic techno scene Polygonia. Here in the Shaman’s Heart remix, we can hear her softer side turning the original composition into an Integration song, another vital element of all psychedelic processes. Her remix sounds like a perfect ending track for an outdoor festival evoking a feeling of oneness, love, and compassion towards all beings.

The release will be sold on a donation base model. All the profit will support party-working initiatives that aim to educate about consciousness-altering substances as well as reduce damages caused by abusing them.

Berlin based sound artist Sa Pa delivers AI-33, titled ‘Atmospheric Fragments’. Originally intended as a soundtrack to accompany ten short experimental films as part of a physical exhibition in 2020 curated by Manon Bernard, Atmospheric Fragments was alternatively premiered online as a digital showroom - with its music performed and recorded both live and independently in 2021. 

Atmospheric Fragments was conceived as a collaborative audio-visual project, positing the viewer inside a sonic boom of introspective parenthesis and offering a place for internal dialogues under the circumstances of a largely unknown and rapidly changing modern world. 

Sa Pa’s work presents a fresh sonic reinterpretation of urban landscapes, skylines and modern environments, procuring from its source material a whole new kaleidoscopic world of its own. The record consists of two mixes - ‘Studio’ and ‘Live’ - which demonstrate a deep explorational study of our everyday surroundings, plunging the listener into a realm of heightened sense experience and microscopic detail. Where the ‘Studio’ mix embodies the precision and management of the studio workspace and is more ambient in nature, such intricacies are exchanged for a larger, livelier sound stage and alternative sonic material in the ‘Live’ mix. 

A nebulous ocean of shifting spaces and effervescent textures, Sa Pa augments and modulates field recordings into a fluid and ever-evolving narrative. Seen through a viewfinder of deep and immersive observation, new transients, momentary artefacts and poetry in motion begin to reveal itself. In a world caught in momentary stasis, Atmospheric Fragments is a forensic inquiry into our perceptive environment, with its augmented lens placing us on the cusp of the ungraspable.

Live Mix

Conscious Listening' is a podcast series by Pregnant Void record label that explores soundscapes born from the connection between deep ethereal music and the most advanced electronic musical experiments. 

This month's Podcast chapter comes from Roman Ćinske, cultural event creator based in Berlin and creative director of Aerial Palettes. The title of the mix is called 'Dawn Reveries' and the concept circles around finding the beauty in the repetition of morning rituals. It's an immersive depth and understated allure performance of patterns that occur so often they become automated enough to hold the listener rapt in a state of daydreamed reality.

Materia Ep is the second installment of Ruhig's double Ep, inaugurated with Particles Ep in January 2016. Originally the records were supposed to be out in the same period, but due to problems with our ex-distribution, Materia Ep got postponed of few months. The release starts with the transcendent Trento, respecting Ruhig's tradition of broken beats IDM deep techno leaning openers. Consecutive cut The Vector is a thumping mixtures of drones and heavyweight hihats designed with some attention for dancefloor. The slow-burner Materia delivers some powerful mist-shrouded kicks on the B-side, that wraps up with Sciame, a massive droning wave of electro wasps, which still keeps some classy chilled out elements somewhere in the background, behind the thunderous main drums. Vinyl unfortunately left no space for the extra only digital track 1870, this last one is percussive retro-futuristic jam of psychedelic mouth arp and huge mallets drums. The track will be available for free download in the same period of the vinyl.
