The ICE LP was created by Maxim Wolzyn over a period of three years, mostly whilst touring throughout Germany by train as part of the Günther Lause duo. Spread over eight tracks, the LP poetically captures the complex networks of railways and tunnel systems that carry with them the thoughts and feelings of millions of people, aspiring to attain an overall impression of the collective consciousness of a society on the move. 

Inspired sonically by the soundscapes of urban spaces, rail stations and the pulsing motions of modern mass transportation, various field recordings are mixed with reverberating synthesizer patterns and percussive composition, creating a mixture of straight forward techno and dystopian ambiences. 

While being reminiscent of Berlin's dub techno tradition it also transcends the typical club context, moving into the realm of the intimate and personal.

'Signs' will come fully equipped not only with a stunning video directed by Ry X and Constantin Demner, but an arsenal of remixes from Kalabrese, Rødhåd and Radioslave (who also turn in a mix from their other guise Matom) to be released on white label early March.

Early 1990s. Different electronic music is like a rushing stream, converging from all directions. Many new integrations, new changes and new looks have emerged. The arrival of "IDM Intelligent Dance Music" has given many styles that were on the verge of extinction a chance to be reborn. For example, "Artificial Intelligence" published by Warp, "The Philosophy Of Sound And Machine" published by Rephlex, and "Modulation & Transformation" published by Mille Plateaux are all interpretations of early musicians' contribution of new thinking and techniques to musical changes.

The rhythm of "Zuò Mèng" is based on 4/4 beats with a few syncopated notes, swinging back and forth between the first and second half in one measure. When the third melody note comes out, the drum loop also pops out. The design is to quickly lead the drums into the richness, and then leave more time for the changes in notes. The changes in notes appear slow and sparse, and it is almost evenly buried in the six minutes. At three minutes and twenty-eight seconds the music moves to a new map. Nanke County!

This time I am sharing a selection of works that I have been slowly developing throughout the summer months. They are the result of a personal process of exploration, where I have tried to learn, experiment, and challenge myself with new sounds, effects, and different ways of connecting and editing them. From a techno perspective, these tracks are not meant to be definitive statements, but rather small steps in my path of growth as a producer.

Each piece was first imagined in silence, in those quiet moments where ideas arrive unexpectedly and invite you to listen more deeply. Many of them were started during different trips, inspired by the places, moods, and atmospheres I experienced along the way. Later, I returned to them with patience in my studio, where I took the time to polish and finish them during the last few months.

What I share here is not a final destination, but part of an ongoing process. These tracks are exercises in learning and, at the same time, honest attempts to capture ritms and patterns. My intention is to eventually use them in a live performance, where I hope they can connect with others in a more direct and genuine way.

Orangeblue kom út árið 1999 en var gert árið 97 eða 98. Mosaic records átti heiðurinn á þvi að gefa þetta lag en það var útgáfufyrirtæki Steve O Sullivan sem gaf út rjómann af færustu DeepTechno próduserum Bretlands á þessum tíma. Platan kom út á eldrauðum vínyl. Lagið var svo endurútgefið af Statik entertainment árið 2004 undir nafninu Mininga.
