Philip Kylberg is an Italian Swedish DJ and producer, part of Opificio, a collective from Venice. He is also the founder and curator of Neural Hypnosis on rbl.media, currently based in Turin.

Huvud/Syn is the first single self released from Philip Kylberg. Two intricate tracks surrounded by subtle atmospheric ambiences and pumping through biomechanical rhythmic patterns.

Starting with the more mental track "Huvud", characterized by its immersive micro beat textures, to the more heavy "Syn" with strong percussions and dramatic narrative.
The sonic universe is accompanied by a thin layer of psy-infused pulsating bass movements and neural play of detailed energy of sounds.

Get inspired for a mental journey through these Hi-Tech infused twins.

This time I am sharing a selection of works that I have been slowly developing throughout the summer months. They are the result of a personal process of exploration, where I have tried to learn, experiment, and challenge myself with new sounds, effects, and different ways of connecting and editing them. From a techno perspective, these tracks are not meant to be definitive statements, but rather small steps in my path of growth as a producer.

Each piece was first imagined in silence, in those quiet moments where ideas arrive unexpectedly and invite you to listen more deeply. Many of them were started during different trips, inspired by the places, moods, and atmospheres I experienced along the way. Later, I returned to them with patience in my studio, where I took the time to polish and finish them during the last few months.

What I share here is not a final destination, but part of an ongoing process. These tracks are exercises in learning and, at the same time, honest attempts to capture ritms and patterns. My intention is to eventually use them in a live performance, where I hope they can connect with others in a more direct and genuine way.
