We were waiting the perfect shaping of all the elements before presenting the new release called "“ọrun” marked by six amazing artists.
It claims the sky, the clouds and all the atmospheric changes. 
Sky has been the biggest human dream since the beginning.

As all the past releases we involved six artists from all over the world without any restriction of what their vision about techno.
A Sacred Geometry, Unjin, Saphileaum, Motionen, Feral and Michal Wolski contributes into this amazing journey called “ọrun”.

The Tale:

The now silent road leading to the way home is indistinguishable from the surrounding landscape.
Thunder in the dark, a whisper of wind and suddenly you come across a gigantic organism of sin and darkness. 
Keep walking, deeper, until you are at the foot of a real underground. 
You pass many rooms and landscapes, everyone seems to go on forever carrying something. 
A disturbing wooden door blocks your path.

Splashes of dried blood are everywhere, somehow unaffected by the weather. 

You walk over to inspect it and suddenly the door opens slowly on its own. 
Four burning eyes stare at you with deafening violence and another howl hits your left eardrum in an annoying way. 
You try to stay still while the desire to escape runs through your veins.

In the age of neoliberal capitalism when every aspect of our existence needs to have a rational function, purpose and value, music starts to be seen as a tool or mere application for our everyday routines. There is music for better working efficiency, music to calm you down after the exhausting job, music to take drugs and dance to, music for meditation and so-called spiritual growth etc.

“Optimism” is an attempt to confront that paradigm and liberate the music from the dictatorship of current consumption models and strict functionality. This is reached by adopting and deconstructing the elements of modern electronic music and focusing on what lies beneath them: sparse polymetric beats instead of dance grooves, textures instead of timbres, mutating and morphing loops instead of melodic lines, rhizomatic structures instead of linear compositions.

The result is an emotionally diverse musical journey that constantly shifts away from listener’s expectations while still striving to grab the attention. Free for interpretations, “Optimism” raises the question if there is a chance to escape the utilitarianism these days?
