For this one we're glad to introduce Miùson, aka Romeo Sgroi, a DJ/Producer from Italy, currently based in Amsterdam. 
He's a Member of Peakbeat and co-founder of Komorebi Music Festival, a little event in the north of Italy.
He specializes in Cryptic and atmospheric sounds through which he achieves to create a fusion between deep and ambient techno.

Expect a really special and original selection, full of beautiful atypical sounds and mesmerizing nuances.

Label's word : "This album is Inspired by the Nooscope Manifest by Pasquinelli and Joler, and its view of AI as an instrument of knowledge extractivism while using an analogy with optical media. In Comfort of the Darkness, jjsauma presents a collection of tracks where he lets AI create its own interpretation of music by building dub versions of the tracks created for this project. In this case, a test of the Nooscope Manifest was applied as a filter for a multitrack recording. These tracks were conceived as glitch/techno/ambient and were given a dub treatment by an amorphous entity with human-like characteristics programmed by jjsauma using Max/MSP. Human behaviour, bias, inconsistency and failure are part of the new aesthetic created by using AI in arts and industry, showcasing uncertainty as a precondition of dialectics, as opposed to the certitude of traditional computational processes.

While AI raises a lot of questions, it produces its own vision of the world, and this album is a representation of AI’s intellect along with the human fingerprint of the original creator of these pieces. Dub production techniques allow a producer to re-envision and re-interpret music in a personal way. This album is human music re-interpreted by AI’s aesthetic properties of dub.

This album is the result of the research made by Joaquín Jiménez-Sauma presented at the Joint Conference on AI Music Creativity (KTH Royal Institute of Technology) and Conference on Computation, Communication, Aesthetics & X (University of Porto)."

𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐄𝐑𝐄 : jjsauma - Behind The Sky [Secuencias Temporales]

As if it were a migratory journey, we move away voluntarily or forced, unfortunately some, from a cold and normally noisy city full of hectic lives and people with a thirst for power. A walk towards nature/forest where human voices cease to exist to transform into animal sounds causing a feeling of refuge and closeness. We leave behind a world of concrete and welcome the sounds of mother earth.

Milan native Matteo, a clearly devotee of nature, investigates sound with high enthusiansm and dedication. He wonderfully creates a mellow amalgam of layers using over-reverberated synths, field recordings, and self-created samples. Atoloi is constantly searching for another dephts in which the listener can get lost while getting submerged by heavy-grained noises and evocative instrumental compositions.

Matteo has left us the following text: “I tried to represent this slow march in a real and, at the same time, emotional forest, in which memories and the outer cosmos merge into a unique and cathartic experience.

A pleasant stroll through the forests of Ego. “A universe born from the perfect union between the external environment and the inmost emotional unconscious”.

Yantai-based record label and music platform, Indefinite Pitch continues with a steady string of releases with 'Voodoo Haze,' a four-track EP by a relative newcomer from Paris Cédric André-Jean aka a n j e. 
The closing track and our premiere for today - 'Unleashed Desire' is an energetic deep techno track with a cosmic atmosphere. Its name may come from a powerful synth sequence that slowly grows in the background of classic deep techno bassline just to be unleashed around a mid-way of this journey and take over, ultimately creating a natural dance floor smasher. 
'Voodoo Haze' is set for release on April 8th via Indefinite Pitch.
