I am excited to share with you my new song ~ “Wrap My Heart Around You”
 
It is the 5th single from my upcoming “Take My Hand” album.
This song is about how we can be there for each other even in the darkest times. 
“I’ll be there for you when darkness falls…Take my hand”
 
I co-wrote this with songwriter & producer John X Volaitis.
This one of many songs we have made together and each time I finish a song with John I am always excited and super happy with how beautiful it sounds.

This is the fifth in a series of beautiful, single releases that will be going on for the next few months.

Rebecca Trujillo Vest is a music creator and collaborator, producer, singer/songwriter, community activist, and a philanthropic force of nature. Growing up in Santa Fe, NM, she began singing and playing guitar. She found contemplative moments making music to be a nurturing experience she describes as similar to a mother’s love—which led to her path as an artist and to create Osmunda Music, a band and brand which she uses to guide her creative output. As an artist having journeyed to many countries, she is influenced by many sources including world music, new age, pop, folk, rock, Americana, and children’s music.

She is a passionate activist for a wide range of causes from global warming and arts education to homelessness and hunger. Most recently, she established the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization Pandion Music Foundation with two other artists; a free online platform empowering artists as they navigate the music industry through educational resources, workshops, wellness guidance, and direct access to experts — helping to provide a constant thread of support for music creators.

Rebecca and her husband are founding members of the band Space Babies. In 2010, they opened Earthstar Creation Center, a recording studio in Venice, California. Together they have co-produced many projects.
Rebecca lives with her family in Los Angeles.
