drift beyond
at the rim of light.

yet I am apart.

I feel the pull of the Sun
I can almost touch.
Comets pass
paths I cannot follow.

I am the hidden, the unseen,
Alone, yet connected,
A silent force in the solar sea.

Planets spin
their voices near.
I move slow
Carving my solitude

They do not see me,
I feel every ripple,
Every tilt, every shift,
Every heartbeat 

I am the Ninth,
The one that exists in question,
The one that lingers in shadow,
The keeper of distant dreams.
