From the very first version, the track was already moving close to 140 BPM.  Then it got remixed to death before an unauthorized version appeared which was 150 BPM plus.  This is the original Brooklyn Warehouse Redux which was slowed down to 133 BPM, to let it breathe a little bit.  Sounds much better this way, trust me.

Der 65. Podcast stammt von Florian Rietze, der vor ein paar Monaten Teil von URS-Records wurde. Der 29. Jährige Potsdamer hat sich damals viel mit Breakedance und Hip Hop beschäftigt, seit 2005 befasst er sich aber mehr mit elektronischer Musik. Die Inspiration für seine Musik findet Florian in alltäglichen Dingen wie einer Stimme, dem Geräusch der Straße, der Natur oder einfach aus Stille. 
Mit Veröffentlichungen auf Labels wie URS-Records, Delicieus Records, Steyoyoke, Ritter Butzke Studios, Click Records und einigen anderen, hat sich Flo einen Namen in der Szene gemacht und wir sind wirklich froh, ihn für unsere Podcast-Reihe gewonnen zu haben.
Viel Spaß in den knapp 90 Minuten, vollgepackt mit Überraschungen aus verschiedenen Musikrichtungen und Stimmungen die einen zum Träumen bringen.

┋Stefan Riegauf  (Die Rakete/Nürnberg) presents Afterhour Sounds Podcast Nr.82┋

Stefan ist sozusagen ein alter Hase in der Nürnberger Elektro Szene. Gestartet als Ambient-DJ Solaris im legendären Prime Rose Club eröffnete er bereits 1996 mit seinem Freund „Warren“ den Plattenladen „RecordStore“. Mit ihm bildete er auch das DJ-Duo „Warren &amp; Solaris“ und veranstalteten diverse Party-Reihen wie z.B. „soundLab“ in der Desi.

Seit 2003 ist er buchstäblich das Herz des Nürnberger Techno und House Clubs „Die Rakete“, den er erfolgreich mitgestaltet (Platz 7 beliebtester Club, Groove 2014). 

Hier reifte auch sein warmer und organischer Sound zwischen Deep und Tech House und vor allem seine große Empathie für den Dancefloor. Mit dem Gespür für den richtigen Track zur rechten Zeit schafft er stets auch den großen Bogen über seine Sets zu spannen und sorgt mit Einflüssen von Dub bis Electronica oder einen Klassiker an passender Stelle für die überraschenden Momente.

Seit 2014 produziert Stefan Riegauf zusammen mit Markus Homm auch seine eigenen Tracks. Sein jüngster Release „Behind The Dust“ erscheint im Februar 2015 auf Bondage Music mit Remixen von Mihai Popoviciu und Schlepp Geist und fand den direkten Weg in Sets von Künstlern wie Anja Schneider.

Im Moment bespielt Stefan bestimmt die Afterhour in der Rakete … aber auf jeden Fall jetzt für uns … maximale Unterhaltung wünscht euch das Afterhour Sounds Team.
