Across three tracks, the EP drifts between hypnotic psychedelia and high-intensity techno, channeling their shared instinct for raw, emotive energy. The result is a collection that feels both immersive and urgent—built for the floor but rooted in deeper, introspective currents.

Premiere: DJ MARIA. & Audrey Danza 'Inner Call'

Tresor resident DJs LNS and DJ Sotofett have for some years been developing a style at the club's Globus floor, and their new EP is a die cut of exactly the classic techno, electro, and house music they play. Here are no productions drenched in reverb, no hi-fi obsessions or generic algorithmic patterns – this is Globus Trax, the duo's third release on Tresor Records, four tracks consisting of real TR-909 workouts, rude and driving basslines, live runs through the mixing desk, and a Blake Baxter cover version with LNS on vocals. 
 
LNS & DJ Sotofett programmed an EP to perfectly fit their warehouse style of DJing, bringing out colour and variation in a spectrum more similar to a club compilation than a dogmatically reduced concept. With a single repeated vocal sample, Globus Trax opens bombastically with ClickClickClick, a dub-infused UK garage house track anyone in the world can easily describe in the course of a second.
 
Following this comes Gearbox which is a hefty slab of big room electro featuring a centerpiece arpeggio and the warmest harmonic pads on the EP's four tracks, which not-so-subtly makes reference to the pioneering band that shares a name with Globus and Tresor's home, the Kraftwerk. 
 
The house vibe returns on Destination 909, which is nothing but a manifesto for the TR-909, where the beloved drum machine's jacking beats meet galactic strings and synthetic bass, only to be ripped apart in a slamming break that sees the machine take centre stage as it cuts in-and-out of the mix, again a clear nod to the duo's sets in the club.
 
LNS steps up on vocal duties and DJ Sotofett keeps the 909 running for their final cut, taking a deeper dive into the realms of classic techno and paying tribute to "The Prince of Techno" Blake Baxter by covering his Reach Out originally released on Tresor Records in 1995.
 
The 12" was cut by DJ Sotofett himself at Manmade Mastering, where he resurrects the lost art of late-90s loud cuts with sonic presence and punch, optimal for the club-focused 12" format, and is the first to come in the new Tresor Sleeve, boasting an embossed logo on either side.

Space Drum Meditation’ first release on Paryìa dives deep into their artistic identity, blending tribal rhythms with hypnotic techno. Known for their ability to fuse ancient and modern soundscapes, the duo has developed a signature style, combining esoteric instruments with modern electronic elements to create an immersive genre-blurring sound. This release embodies their signature style, balancing hypnotic textures and combining them with driving energy. Adding a new twist, the artist Blue Hour delivers a more fast and powerful techno remix, intensifying the rhythmic flow while staying true to the duo’s entrancing aesthetic.

Pushing their sonic vision forward, Space Drum Meditation once again showcase their ability to bridge fast and slow tempos, creating music that moves both — body and mind. For the first time, they step beyond their own label to release on Paryìa, marking their first debut- EP outside of their own Label.

Berlin-based JakoJako has meticulously compiled this new compilation for Air Texture with the aim of spotlighting the deep bonds among hardware-focused producers. Featuring standout tracks from top dogs like Rødhåd, Acid Pauli and The Field, the collection reflects a shared musical language built through machines and their ability to convey the emotions of their human users, often with a rough, dusty edge that makes them all the more realistic. Drawing on the metaphor of a hardwired synthesiser that is pre-connected and instantly functional, the release celebrates unspoken creative kinship between the two with everything from deep, heads down late night dancers from Regent to more lithe and elastic rhythms from Mareena alongside JakoJako herself.

Seven - Three of Seven

‘New Atlantis’, @Efdemin aka Phillip Sollmann's 4th album, oscillates between fast, kaleidoscopic techno, multilayered drones and acoustic instrumentation, fusing for the first time Sollmann’s deep dancefloor productions as Efdemin with his sound art and avant-garde music projects. The latter include 2017’s Harry Partch-inspired ‘Monophonie’ performance and 2018’s ‘Panama / Suez’ EP with Oren Ambarchi and Konrad Sprenger.

Sollmann took inspiration for ‘New Atlantis’ from Francis Bacon’s unfinished 17th century novel of the same name, which describes a fictional island devoted to social progress through the synthesis of art, science, technology and fashion. 

Out now: “New Atlantis”, the epic, psychedelic title track off of Efdemin’s upcoming album out February 15 via Ostgut Ton. Across 15 minutes, Efdemin’s experimental spirit is in full swing, with morphing drones/chords generated by a mix of Efdemin’s hurdy-gurdy and drum machines, Konrad Sprenger’s MIDI-controlled Stratocaster, Joachim Schütz’s electric guitar and Nika Son’s synthesizer – recorded live during the quartet’s Tony Conrad tribute concert in Hamburg.
