Another EP from Ocktawian, signing Sinxergy's first release, a new Berlin-based vinyl label.

Ocktawian delivers four high-octane cuts of direct, peak-time techno to mint the Sinxergy label. Opening with a slamming 909 assault, “Error System” then dips into the hadal zone with a tripped-out sci-fi sound, and “Hurricane” gives the EP a touch of old school flavour. On remix duties is none other than Detroit veteran Mike Storm, who strips back “Error System” into an atmospheric roller for the twilight hours. All up, Unpatterns is a stand-out first transmission from the Berlin-based label, welcoming two artists fresh from album releases on Jeff Mills' Axis Records, and providing a platform for them to create something new.

Breaking the circle with a one-off release item consisting of 3 EP's called 'Tales From Tramkade'. At a first listen slightly out of order with the general view of the label's output till date yet still in balance and recognizable as EMERALD catalog. This collection of work by Remco Beekwilder contains recorded loops and concepts initially produced between 2010 - 2015 and now re-assembled, polished and finalized at the authentic Tramkade, 's-Hertogenbosch in 2021. Expect everything within the range of sweet melancholic tenderness and raw to the floor takes.

Hioll returns to the label with a release of ten original tracks.

"Velvet Revolution LP" is a Techno album purely intended to be used in DJ sets at clubs and raves. Denotes an industrial sound but at the same time drinks from other sources of influence. Taking the groove as a flag and adding adjacent elements, the narrative of these cuts makes them intertwine with each other, leading us on a sonic journey similar to a session at any venue. It should also be noted that, like other Hioll works, it aims to send a message of reflection and accurate criticism towards this contemporary era.

Osu Rhythms Podcast - EJA

Deets her journey with music started as soon as she entered this world by having a family with musicians and dancers. It was no surprise that she indulged into making music and dancing herself early on. After a classical training in piano of 10 years and some brief introductions to other instruments she fell in love with electronic music and its culture. This love and the everlasting urge to have a (creative) outlet led her to starting DJ-ing just before the lockdowns in 2020. 

Now, Deets has wrapped her hands around several residencies (OOST, Ongehoord, Relate Radio) in Groningen. She also works from the background within a few organizations to give back to the community and help (beginning) artists and organizers get the best out of themselves. 
Having gigs at renowned venues and organizations such as Thuishaven, VISION Recordings, Paradigm and BASIS, Deets is putting herself on the Dutch map with her distinguished sound and approach to DJ-ing.

Within Deets her sets anything goes, as long as it's groovy, bassy, ravey or all of the above. Her track selections show influences by (underground) house, techno and various forms of bass music, as well as her raising with 80's electro, funk, dem bow and dance hall. Her sets are characterized by blending together contrasting structures such as accessible and experimental as well as electronic and organic elements and old versus new.

Denø is a Dj and producer from Tübingen, Germany from where he co-founded the event series and label Grauzone records. His sound can be described as deep, rhythmic and driving. Hope you will like this set as much as we did!

Introducing Clarice and Stefan, the duo behind Mono Mono from 's-Hertogenbosch (NL). Beyond their affection for each other, they share a common passion for rhythmic, rolling, and groovy techno. Stefan developed his passion for electronic music more than two decades ago, which led to his debut EP release in 2006 on Jumpforce Traxx. His music style has been evolving ever since. Clarice started DJ’ing in 2020; the same year as when their paths intertwined. Since that moment, they blended their personal and musical lives which inevitably led to joining forces and the start of Mono Mono in 2023. As friends of the Osu Rhythms community, they proudly present their first official podcast - a high-voltage two hour voyage of (sub)genre-blending rhythmic sounds.

He also is the proud founder of Utrecht's DJ collective @Oefenmeesters, and resident at Drive a platform/event based in his hometown of Utrecht.
