Balancing aggressive rhymes with soft soulful vocals, deep visual thoughts and a boundless musical appetite, emma lee comes through the doors of Hip Hop, music and art at large with a street wise, militant, sensual and creative spirit.

Born in Uganda and raised in Harlem, Washington Heights and nearly every borough in New York City, emma lee has gone from rural and urban poverty through the nightmares of the American dream. These lasting experiences mixed with her desires and imagination drip all over her lyrics, movements and visuals. 

Creating and performing from a young age she has collaborated and shared stages with music icons such as Nile Rodgers, Kool Keith, DMC of Run-DMC, M1 of Dead Prez, Delfeayo Marsalis and Patti Labelle. Her journey as a performer spans everything between a maximum security prison and the Academy Awards with Oscar & Grammy nominated Impact Repertory Theatre. With the latter she has also performed for the United Nations, Apollo Theater, Lincoln Center, ABC News and has continued to work with Hip Hop brands such as In Flex We Trust and Rap Is Outta Control.

Her drive to be among the best in Hip Hop, music and art combine seamlessly with her drive to create value and empower the underserved. She navigates the industry behind the scenes as a writer, videographer, editor, engineer, and creative producer with the goal of creating content that’s felt. emma lee meets and challenges the new age status quo of rapper, female rapper, and female artist with new currency, new fantasies and a new world.

Born and raised in Queens, NY, hip-hop artist Lex Rush has ripped stages worldwide and recorded multiple projects, bringing her signature style of lyricism, bravado, charisma and creativity.

She is a multiple champion of rap competitions including Freestyle Mondays and Supreme Bars, has battled on the new incarnation of MTV's TRL and been featured on Spectrum News. Her recorded music style spans traditional boom-bap hip-hop to house to alternative to hip-hop soul.
