For the next edition of OUFFFCAST, we have the genuine pleasure to welcome accomplished selector and all around nice guy - Gira!

As one of the founders of the Basic Movement collective in Paris, Gira has been an integral part of the electronic music resurgence that has taken place in the French capitol in recent years. From a distance and with keen interest, we have observed the increasing number of DJs, producers, music collectives and clubs that have burst on to the scene. Gira is an important force of this evolution.

Over the last couple of years, Gira has invited and shared the booth with a bunch of A+ selectors like Sugar Free, Andrew James Gustav, Digby, Youandewan, Alec Falconer, Riccardo, Manuel Schatz, the gentlemen from Beau Mot Plage, and many more. With great energy and enthusiasm, Gira is someone whose passion for music is impossible to miss. His contribution to the OUFFFCAST series is a true testament to his deep musical knowledge and enviable mixing skills. I hope you enjoy the mix as much as we do. Special year demands special products. We are again on the path of trying something new. New challenges, new ideas, new viewpoints on the changed playground. With the same beloved people. 

At this moment I have the opportunity to thank Aljaž for his great contribution in the Experimental Story series, which you liked the most. 
This time he presents himself with an intro track in his first live act.

I would also like to thank my family, all my friends, followers and supporters who inspired me to keep on going. Thank you to all the dj-s, producers and creators for sharing the special moments with me so I can hand it on.

After a long break OVNIE returns with its third release, this time comes with a various artists format composed by 5 tracks.
 
A1. Antoine Sy delivers a reggae infused house groover to make you aware about the need to save the forests!

A2. "Imagine a beautiful lady acting like a robot in a super green garden under a glittering sun. She is clicking her arms and legs according to a simple 2-steppy texture and she is occasionaly singing nothing understandable except for a surfer-like interjection. Short-release synths and ethereal pads complete the picture adding some kind of nostalgic vibes to it. Yoyoyo!"

A3. Pohl strikes back with a moody a brilliant track on his own imprint Ovnie. „Traveling....“ has all the incredients to make you shake even at your home-office. A curly simple lead melody, a heavy old-school Bassline, crispy jacking drums and ascendant synth strings that colide with pealing LFO’ish addicting bleeps to a perfect dance track. 

B1. Samuel delivers a more funky breakbeat vision with acid zaps, bleeping tones and reverse percussions to keep the pace up and down a sure track to keep the dancefloor jacking.

B2. Test tube is one of many unreleased collabs by Luks & Kizoku. The moodiest one of the bunch, it is driven by breaky percussion, resonant basslines and lush keys.
