MELCURE 005 - Sunlit - Circus

Parisian-born aficionado of art, jazz, wine and the occasional fishing trip in Brittany, Cesar Merveille has an equally refined taste in music. For this set, recorded live during the first Cadenza/Aether showcase in Ampere, he had a definite focus on making the dance floor move. Mixing between house and minimal by sweeping from one percussive shuffle to another, this baseline driven story inspired by colourful latin rhythms, loopy vocals and warm synths is the perfect introduction to Cesar's take on contemporary dance music.

Recorded during the first Cadenza/Aether showcase on 03.10.2015.

Experience and freshness come together for our fifth vinyl release at  Melcure, produced by the enigmatic french american new duo project  SUNLIT.  They propose a 4 killer tracks cuts ep called Circus. 
For the  A1,  "Circus" come with originals broken rhythms and fresh bass line everything drived by a techno house dementia pad. The track  "Ronny "complete the A  side with minimal  morphing sounds and smooth beats. For B siders  "Yoki"  pushes an  elektro touch bass line with retro acid frequencies along a subliminal voice message.  The ep is completed by the track Klark with mysterious melodies and strong analogue sounds.

From geoformation to carbon extraction, desalination to biome rehabilitation, TerraFirm has a full range of services to return your planet to its naturally thriving, pre-apocalypse state. 

After a healthy planetary ecosystem is established we turn to the selective development of lifeforms.  The two previous phases of remediation have created a planetary weather system that allows for quantities of sunlight to penetrate the atmosphere and stimulate extant rudimentary organisms.  Cellular monoamine neurotransmitters within these organisms (such as serotonin and melatonin) react with incoming photons in a variety of ways.  Organisms that leverage these reactions to photosynthesize (plants) and bioregulate (animals) will be selected for and survive to pass on their genes.  Thus, over generations, organism-neurotransmitter interaction will increase and complexify, resulting in such high-level phenomena as the animal brain and its ability to react to endogenous (and exogenous) alkaloids that provide the chemical basis of consciousness.

Vytamin - Neurotransmission (TERRAFIRM 5)

Yasuke's legend originates in the Sengoku, period and is known to be the first samurai of African descend to have served in Japan. According to the Shinchō kōki (Oda Nabunaga's chronicle), he was believed to have been gifted a hand forged katana which he used to fight for unification in Japan. Today, we celebrate our very own Lamalice's welcoming to the Sentaku family with two astonishing yet opposite interpretations of Yasuke's weapon in battle.
