TYCI is a collective run by women. We have a website where we write about things which affect us and put together features on art, theatre, music, film, politics, current affairs and most things in between.

We have a monthly clubnight at Bloc (www.bloc.ru) where we put on cool lady bands, artists, MCs and DJs, and where we launch our monthly zine. We also have a monthly show on Subcity Radio (www.subcity.org).

I compose, play and record all my own songs and tunes and do it solely for the enjoyment of doing so. I like many styles of music and compose many styles of music (or at least try). My first and true love will always be electric guitar and my all time hero is Jimi but any type or style of music that stirs an emotion or reaction gets my vote.

I am quite a private person so putting some personal stuff "out there" was a big step for me but my sincere thanks to anyone who takes the time and trouble to listen and I have found nothing but kindness so far on Soundcloud.

We sincerely thank everyone who actually listens and likes our music.
But unfortunately due to the rat race of life. We haven't always got time to reply back. We really do appreciate it.
splintered finger is a collaboration between martin reed and marcus swambo. our aim is to showcase some of the  music we have been producing recently and over the last twenty years. our love of music has many different influences. Hence the 4 differant platforms. some tracks have been recorded using low budget equipment such as tape multi-tracking. hence some tracks may not be great quality.
