A draft selection of the compositions submitted by the participants composers of the Oticons Faculty competition of 2023 that have been voted for the TOP10! More compositions, revised - reworked & extended, will also be presented in the Oticons Faculty 2023 Soundtrack Album release.

NOTE: This year's "Envision the Notes" task was from the script of a series titled "THE GREAT CHIMERA", based on a best-selling Greek novel. Contestant were called to score the opening scene of a tragic love story taking place in the Aegean Sea in the 1930s. A young French woman flees the repression of her French upbringing and follows a young sailor to the Greek island of Syros, where she will end up sliding into a vortex of desire, passion and death, after getting involved in a love triangle.

Most of the instrumentals were written/produced for the exclusive music library Production Music Online (PMOL). Those instrumentals can be licensed here:

PMOL mastered and published the instrumental version of this album sometime in April, 2016 (if my faulty memory serves correctly).

Contest: Westworld Competition hosted by Spitfire Audio (2020)

Context: Compose/produce original music to a chase scene from the TV show Westworld. What you're listening here is only the music and I made painstaking efforts for the rhythm to match a lot of the movement on screen.
