You know the truth about darkness.  One day you will judge the angels who brought it to you...
The Lord will never leave you or forsake you.
Worshipers of the false old gods all come before the thing returns.  
When Jesus comes back, He will restore all things.  It will then be the paradise it could not be in a fallen state.
Your trials  are your process ...He is making you ready.
