This 2 hour happened in London on a Saturday afternoon. It was an exploration of the soul, a deep dive into the realms of sound and emotion. The energy in the space was palpable. Together, we danced through layers of consciousness, weaving the energies of ancient traditions with contemporary expressions. The collective experience was within sacred ritual.

now is not the time to play small 
or to sit on the sidelines, 
with your head in your hands
heart bleeding out
for the injustice of a past you cannot change, 
and a future you do not know yet 
now is not the time to give in to words and feelings that are not your own 
now is not a time to give up

now, is a time to see clearly
to hear clearly 
and to feel deeply 

now, is the time to hold your precious body 
in your own two arms
your treasured dreams, and your deep heartbreak holding it all, the burdens and the heaviness of doubt and fear
now is the time to lay it all down 
on the earth’s front porch 
allow the great mother to be the altar 
at which you kneel rest

my love 
now is the time to slow down 
and acquaint yourself to the present moment
your breath 
your aliveness
you are still here 
time and space 
are gifts to you still
your story has barely begun
time
there may not be a lot of it,
but there is plenty 
life never promised to be fair 
neither did love 
still, there is much beauty to be had here 

are you here to open your mind? 
your heart? 
and your arms? 
to this world? 
to this life? 
to this time in space? 
have you chosen yet, this life that has chosen you?

 it is imperfect, and so are you 
that is the beauty of it 
learn to love it 
it deeply needs for you to love it 
and to love yourself 
pour compassion and empathy 
into your cup and pour from its fullness
this world is emptying of truths, 
and so deeply needs to be filled— with love, with heart, and with dreams of 
collaboration and healing
