As a melodic imprint we've wanted to put together a Various Artist release for quite some time now and thus here we are. 

Juno is a NASA space probe orbiting the planet Jupiter. Just as NASA required the precise gravitational alignment of these giant outer planets to swing its spacecraft onto the next orbit, we needed the right collection of tracks. The JUNO release had to be something very special, pushing the sound of our label forward to deliver a complete body of work that is for now and for the future. Over the past two quarters we pulled together innovative productions that encompass OSO’s core values for being fresh, exciting and inspirational. Music that explores new sonic possibilities and pushes a melodic sound full of rich layers and textures, as well as being able to fit into a complete vision and unified sound. Juno's name comes from Greek and Roman mythology. The god Jupiter drew a veil of clouds around himself to hide his mischief, and his wife, the goddess Juno, was able to peer through the clouds and reveal Jupiter's true nature.

"Connection Lost" is composed by a diversity of sounds that allow us to perceive the harmony and the divine. A world without contrast and polarization is a blind world. While the eponymic title track comes in smoothly and builds up across the whole duration, the track "Mirror Mirror" gets there a bit faster if not rougher. A true audio reflection about desires which is a necessary condition for evolution. It's the contrast between light and shadow that allows us to see. The track explores melodic movements and dark tonalities, in a perfect combination of synth and bass, creating a melodic percussion that dictates the rhythm. 

The third track “Overcoming Gravity” brilliantly combines two antagonistic forces, experimental synths and melodic, symbolizing the duo essence, a perfect contrast between harmony and chaos, presenting characteristics never seen in the artist's previous productions. It's a powerful weapon, which fits perfectly in the most energetic moment of the dance floor!
