"Aus follow up Huxley’s debut career album and Gerry Read’s ‘3 2 1’ EP with their 72nd release and the first contribution to the label from Toronto born Bwana.  

With previous releases on Somethinksounds, Mad Decent and Infinite Machine the Leeds based producer expands on the amorous brand of Bass he’s built his reputation with and turns in his ‘Flute Dreams’ EP; an iridescent packet that sits comfortably in big room spaces and comes bolstered by a remix from Simian Mobile Disco.

The title track crescendos behind a thrumming kick and chirping melodies as it gathers luminous tones and textures throughout. Simian Mobile Disco then weigh in and drive clipped acid patterns under hustling drums in a tense and capacious rework.

‘Fizzle’ unfolds behind shimmering synth patterns and stout toms before ‘Aomame’ lays a saturated thud under more flaring synths that bloom alongside steadily strengthening drum patterns that bring another Aus coup to a close". 

Regarding premieres - more than happy to reach out to Pitchfork first, seem to have found more success of late in reaching out to Philip Sherburne and trying to tie premieres in with editorials so I'll go down that route and await his response before looking to FACT / BR if needs be. 

We'll definitely also look for some opportunities for interviews / features, it being his first release is a good talking point..

Today we have Sadie La Chèvre and Nora Düster - Extra Bleu Ciel, a minimal synth band based in Biel, Switzerland.
Extra Bleu Ciel is a bipolar borderline hyperactive teenager who likes to eat marshmallows at the cemetery.
Extra Blue Ciel cries with joy contemplating the flight of hysterical crows at sunset.
Extra Blue Ciel loves joyful despair and finds joy hopeless.
Extra Bleu Ciel will always be 15 years old in 1981.

"Hypersensible" is the idiosyncratic trace left by individuals oscillating between nightmare reality and waking dream, sailing between naive euphoria and lucid disillusionment, trying to defy fatality and maintain hope, dancing in the pre-diluvian mud of a dying 21st century.

C'est sur une idée de mon cher ami du blog Les Fleurs Du Mal (checkez son blog pour trouver du très très bon son !) que je me lance dans la création de mini mixtape thématique. Pour celle-ci, toujours basé sur la bande audio de la vidéaste Solange te parle, j'ai essayé de retranscrire la tristesse, le désespoir, la détresse d'une rupture avec un être cher. Mais également comment il est possible d'en sortir de façon optimiste car au final, la vie continue !

One more time  Carlos Martin aka Mynationshit has just produced an emotive and gloomy work. This new album which is the fifth is called "Malevolent Charmer"  and once again this carries on telling us about the ethical conflict between good and evil, nature and built environments and even admiration and comedown. 

Dark and catchy melodies, epic beats and nostalgic atmospheres for the first Waste´s edition where he is a part of this label with his brother Alejandro Martin and Avencio Delgado. 

On this occasion ,this work comes out with an outstanding design by Alonso Urbanos who loves  like Carlos Martin ,martial arts and Asian culture and obscure folklore. As well,this album comes out with a professional audio studio work by Elias Saura and Pablo Moreno(Irradian).

Fabio Fabio are percussionist and super skilled turntablist (he started djing in the 90’s) Dj Foresta and the technical minded Mattia “Tia” Ricco. The duo's music is a mixture of exoticism, tribalism and downtempo techno.
Masochistas’ sound is a perverse journey in rhythm and dance, the relationship between body and sound. It devours, catalogs and repositions hundreds of samples, distorting their primordial meaning, creating a new magical and eccentric meaning. A velvety sound cut-up in the game of the sound, the relationship between soul and invisible frequencies using a musical language slave of liquid knowledge but which exalts a primordial value with no genre.
