"Vindheks" is Danish for "tumbleweed" and to me it's a metaphor for the emotional turmoil I was going through back in 2018 and which I, to this day, still struggle with.
Even though I'm in a much better place today, the lurking danger of going back into a high state of stress will always be there. It's something I know a lot of people are struggling with so let's not make it into a taboo please.

In January 2022 Apple Music added “Vindheks” to its "New Music Daily" playlist throughout the Nordic countries and Spotify added it to their "Ambiente", "Música para Pintar" & "Cinematica" playlists worldwide.

Ubuntu (/uːˈbʊntuː/ oo-BUUN-too; Zulu/Xhosa pronunciation: [ùɓúntʼú]) is a Nguni Bantu term (literally, "human-ness") roughly translating to "human roughness." It is an idea from Africa which means literally "human-ness," and is often translated as "humanity towards others," but is often used in a more philosophical sense to mean "the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity".

This piece is all about the unification of all things and is symbolized through the interconnecting polyrhythms that flow throughout... 

Each separate rhythm represents a different aspect of the world, of humanity, of the essential being in all things... 

Even though they are all different, they can all still come together in completely intricate and beautiful harmony and it is in their togetherness that the true life within all things expands and crystallizes into its highest potential: infinite unification... <3
