With a career spanning over 33 years, Andrew Till is one of few players with a stake in, not only the establishment, but the defining of electronic music in Australia. If ever the term “pioneer” was to be thrown around, it might well be thrown at Andrew Till. And it would stick.
Amidst a budding club and rave culture, hot on the heels of the halcyon summer of love, Andrew Till was amongst the first delivering the new dawn. First as DJ and event organizer, then as co-founder of Australia’s first and most influential electronic label.
Psy-Harmonics burst onto the scene in 1993 and would quickly thrust Till and partner Ollie Olsen onto the world stage, riding at the crest of a new wave of electronica that would crash far beyond our shores. For the next 16 years this label would offer up countless gems, to cement a timeless place in the worldwide pantheon of dance music.
As a dj, and repertoire manager, Andrew Till’s success marks him as elite. His legacy has earned a legion of fans the world over. Launching from hometown Melbourne, his tour schedule is constant: Tokyo, Helsinki, South Africa, Europe, USA, South East Asia, the list goes on and on.
His globetrotting takes in all corners but none more so than Japan. Harboring a particular fascination, Japan has played host with 50+ gigs from the largest festivals & nightclubs including; Ageha, Liquid Room, Womb, Velfare, Nagisa Music Festival, Space Gathering, Total Solar Eclipse festival (Amami-Oshimi) to the most intimate indoor and outdoor venues.
Andrew Till is known for being an innovator: a stylist whose sets are part conjuring act, part act of persuasion: a composite of timing and compositional balance. He mesmerizes with beautifully realized structure and broadens horizons with his call to war: the tension of being swept up in the familiar, and dropped into the unknown.
A view to the horizon and an open minded appraisal of emerging sounds has forged for Andrew Till, the respect of his peers, the endorsement of the music seeking public and continual success on the label front.
In 2009 a new wave surged. Machine Label is the new kid on the block, the techno lovechild, spawned by the club of the same name. Machine is the current driving undercurrent of Andrew Till’s techno fame. Co-owned with Simon Slieker, Machine has become the flag bearer for a procession of burgeoning new talent from Australia and abroad. Machine Club is the monthly embodiment, public outlet and testing ground, whilst Machine Label throws it out to the world.

Andrew continues to deliver forward thinking electronic music as an artist, dj, A&R, manager and mentor. His vast dedication to the development and progression of the culture that became an industry is his inspiration and motivation.

Valerie est un blog et un réseau artistique créé en 2007 par College, un musicien et producteur d’origine Nantaise. Depuis ses débuts, Valerie a vu évoluer en son sein plusieurs projets musicaux comme Anoraak, The Outrunners, Minitel Rose, Russ Chimes ou bien encore Maethelvin. Grâce au blog Discodust, Valerie a également rencontré le collectif de graphistes allemand The Zonders qui a signé les pochettes et visuels de bon nombre de ces projets. En parallèle de ces collaborations de longue date, de nombreux artistes internationaux et labels comme Steve Moore, Electric Youth, Parallels, Astro Chicken, Fred Ventura, David Vunk ou bien encore Polysick soutiennent la créativité de Valerie depuis bientôt 5 ans.

Valerie s’est également lancé dans la production en sortant deux 45 tours avec le concours du collectif d’artiste new-yorkais Free Danger. L’année 2011 verra d’ailleurs l’activité du label se développer encore avec la création d’une nouvelle subdivision intitulée “Composer Series” et dédiée à des pièces musicales principalement instrumentales.

Valerie is a blog and an artistic network created in 2007 by College, a musician and a producer from Nantes. Since its debuts, Valerie saw evolving within it several projects musical as Anoraak, The Outrunners, Minitel Rose, Russ Chimes either still Maethelvin. Thanks to the blog Discodust, Valerie also met the German collective of graphic designers The Zonders who signed numerous cover and flyers and pictures of a lot of these projects. In parallel of these long-time collaborations, numerous international artists and labels as Steve Moore, Electric Youth, Parallels, Astro Chicken, Fred Ventura, David Vunk either still Polysick support the creativity of Valerie for soon 5 years.

Valerie also started producing with the release of two 7inch with the cooperation of the collective of New York artist Free Danger. Year 2011 will moreover see the activity of the label developing still with the creation of new one subdivision entitled “Composer Series” and dedicated to mainly instrumental project.

Melbourne/Naarm based DJ and radio host Campbell has long been honing his craft, calling on his UK roots, to entrench himself as a staple of the local bass music scene. As host of PBS 106.7FM program The Blend, which recently celebrated 21 years of broadcasting, the weekly program has become an integral part of the city's rich musical fabric. Inside Campbell showcases a diverse mix of electronic music across the heavier end of the spectrum. 

His love for music and future direction was cemented as a key member of the crew behind the Red Bull Music Academy (RBMA) in Melbourne '06. Soon after he established the Blend Corp. label to distribute the material of renowned artist Wax Tailor (FR), among others. Campbell's connection and contribution to the greater music community saw him join the CDR team, which ran Melbourne producer meetups, and continues through mentoring announcers and DJs at PBS. The Blend has a strong emphasis on supporting new talent, along with the more established, featuring weekly guest mixes and interviews from both local and international artists. 

Promoter endeavours with his More Styles events, mixed bass music nights at Section 8, have seen him host shows for UK luminaries such as Digital, Djinn, LMajor and Stretch. Known for his eclectic taste, sets vary depending on the night in question and he is not one to be put into any box or category, comfortably slotting into diverse lineups covering drum’n’bass, jungle, footwork, dubstep, grime, halftime, UK garage and beyond. Residencies past and present include Section 8, Howler, Workshop, Lucky Coq and Black Cat, along with regular spots at clubs such as Revolver Upstairs, Miscellania and Sub Club. A selection of other highlights include; The Blend’s 20 year anniversary show headlined by Special Request (UK), performances at Melbourne Music Week, Red Bull 1800 Doof, plus Mani Festo, LMajor, Swamp81 (Loefah, Chinese Daughter, ), Kloke, Digital, Pangaea, and Djrum support shows. Having completed several tours across North America and Europe, his latest took him to headline shows in Asia, plus a return to Europe. 

20 Years of The Blend tour across Philippines and Europe 2024 highlights; Manila at Boogie for Under Pressure on Red I Sound, Siargao island at Manu, Barbosa and Harana for Sabado Nights. Europe for Alternation at OT301 Amsterdam, London for Planet Wax on-air and Aaja Radio, Brighton Loves Jungle x Over/Shadow at The Volks, Prague for Mode Radio (UK) and finishing in Leipzig for Bass Maessage at Zoro on Pamb Sound.

Asia tour highlights 2023, spanning 7 countries: Japan at Zubar Tokyo, Singapore for Kings of Bass, Thailand at Irie Bongkok, Taiwan at 23 Music Room Taipei, Indonesia for shows throughout Bali including Plutonic, Potatohead and 40 Thieves, Hong Kong for the Rolling with the Waves boat party and Dark Metaz club show, and the Philippines for the Ichiban launch party and Ichiban Festival on Siargao Island. 

USA and Canada tour highlights, across 8 cities: Los Angles, Detroit, Portland, San Francisco, Montreal, New York, Chicago and Denver. Shows covered iconic venues and club nights such as The Black Box (Denver), Stamina (San Francisco), Proper (Chicago) and Motor City Wine (Detroit), where he was greatly humbled to have Underground Resistance legend John Collins come down to meet and scope the show. Radio appearances during the period featured broadcasts on dublab (LA), XRAY fm (Portland) and Music is my Sanctuary (Montreal). 

European tour highlights 2015, covering 10 countries: Spain, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Brussels, United Kingdom, Hungary, Finland, Latvia and Germany, with shows including the Outlook, L'Estrany and Soundwave Festivals. The first of which he played several slots culminating in the epic Converge Boat Party with Youngsta, Jack Sparrow and Kaiju. Other shows included playing alongside such luminaries as Om Unit in Prague to the Levelz crew (Chimpo, Skittles et al) in Berlin, as well as an NTS radio visit and mix for the CDR Audio show.
