1Fortys most notorious duo comes in the pair of 9TRANE and Arridim with six releases between them since the launch of the Label.. this being their seventh. 'Plazma' was the first time the two had got together to create something and it didn't disappoint receiving a heap of support from the majority of the UK Funky and even the Bass scene as well as across BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM & Reprezent.

Arridim built the VIP shortly before launching his DnB alias Particle which has taken him to dizzying heights already with the Critical family, so not only did the people want the VIP as soon as it surfaced but it makes the perfect departing gift as Arridim takes a bow out of his bass alias for the foreseeable future.
