Our newest Lovecast comes from no one else than our most recent Love-resident from Maastricht, the all entangling, genre dismantling @octopusgarden-peu. This wonderful living being has embraced (remember that Kraken-scene from Pirates of Caribbean?) Limburg’s electronic music scene with joy, rigor and dedication, which is why we could not be happier to give her a platform beyond the region’s borders. With more styles than tentacles (ranging from Tech-house over Acid to atmospheric minimal and even occasionally Goa), this mix as well as this beautiful lady will make you dance in circles until you will feel like a calamari.

Nikkatze is a Brazilian DJ and multidisciplinary artist. Currently focused on electronic music, she explores a cinematic aesthetic in the composition of her mixtapes. She also is the founder of Blum party, a project of great prominence in the city of São Paulo that involves electronic music, performances, and contemporary arts. 
With her mix for OpenLab Selectors, she’s sought to explore soft elements, such as water and air, providing a moment of relaxation and inner peace but also walking through an enveloping sensuality.
