Macy is an artist and producer who recently managed to set the bar higher in terms of adding more innovation and new ideas to his music. His most recent studio release, "Supernova", feels like a fantastic insight on how to artist swiftly combines tech grooves, stunning vocal melodies and lush instrumental ambiance into a one-of-a-kind formula.

"Supernova" kicks off with a melodic and immersive introduction, only to give way to a very articulate and detail production, where the synths provide ambient and texture in equal doses. The vocal performance is inspiring and ethereal, and the way the vocals are at times sampled and implemented as effects in the track is incredibly striking and innovative. The intensity of the performance is truly remarkable, and Macy is able to translate his character and personality through the authenticity of the expressiveness and lyrics alike. In addition, the mix is balanced and focused on letting the details shine, highlighting Macy’s incredibly diverse approach to production.
