Outcome is an up-and-coming hip-hop artist from Central PA with a unique perspective and a technical flow, ready to bring life back to hip-hop music.

Rebuilding the landscape of hip hop fusion, rapper and artist Hoagie Reignz battles the headlines to blend catchy hooks, addictive grooves and outright unmistakable identity, across a fearless collection of originals amassing tens of thousands of streams online.

Devoted to originality and driving with an unwavering passion for the stage, the Beaver Falls, Pittsburgh native – born Holden Raines Jr. - rose from his roots as rapper Young Hoag, and has seen his following explode in the years since.

Back in 2016, Hoag won hip hop’s renowned Battle of The Band’s contest King Of The Lake, hosted by DJ Afterthought. In 2017, the aspiring creative took on 200 contenders to win the top spot as opening act for the one an only Lil Wayne. This performance proved a gateway to a plethora of other high-profile stage shows, not least of all supporting Snow Tha Product and Montana of 300 for their national tours.

Amidst a growing repertoire of over 200 shows across the East Coast, from Atlanta, GA, through to Toledo, Ohio, Hoag has mastered the stage. In February of 2018, he welcomed rap legend Cassidy to the Ohio River Valley for an unforgettable night. However, while his rise has been exponential, the journey has not been without difficulty; not least of all an impactful stint behind bars. Even with  legal battles though, Hoag managed to obtain a court-ordered furlough in order to perform at the King Of The Burgh competition, and despite the struggles to get there, he once again took home the top spot; a crown he would ultimately return to his cell with.

Forever devoted to the cause, Hoag continues to release original music and book shows to a relentlessly growing audience. In recent years, the rapper has performed alongside the likes of Lil Durk, Wiz Khalifa, Chevy Woods, and Fetty Wap – to name just a few. As his name continues to draw the attention of the masses, Hoag proceeds to overcome adversity and build his brand from strength to strength. Having made headlines in 2021, after snatching another rapper’s chain following a show in Youngstown, Ohio, Hoag began compiling his next musical masterpiece whilst simultaneously fighting the charges held against him.

Affectionately penned as ‘Baton Rouge meets Pennsylvania’, Hoag’s music boasts an unrivalled degree of diversity and a vast breadth of influence. The 2022 album brings in elements of Jazz, R&B, Soul, Rock & Roll and Hip Hop, showcasing inspiration from James Brown, Chuck Berry and Michael Jackson as much so as Stevie Wonder, Frankie Lymon and Bobby Brown. His limitless blending of genres brings a much-needed edge of versatility and freedom to the modern scene.

The album, ‘Singer Trapped Inna Rapper (Stir’Dup)’ encapsulates Hoag’s unapologetic eclecticism and meandering style. From the unforgettable hook and bounce of ‘Ridin’, through the smooth intimacy and soul of ‘Love at First Sight’, to the sheer grit and intensity of rap hits ‘I Wonder’ and ‘How It Is’, the songwriter and artist continues to raise the bar, forever leading with a fine balance between conceptual integrity and unpredictable creative appeal.

The aptly-titled project rightfully stirs up the landscape of modern pop, reminding listeners of music’s past as well as injecting a clear level of artistry and originality along the way. The feel-good project emerges following the signing of a distribution deal with Sony Music (Orchard Records), in April of 2021 – an achievement that came as part of the showcase series ‘I Put On For My City’, hosted by Michael Mitchell and Benzino. While these events and the increasing success of the album are all but the beginning of his journey, they undoubtedly mark the start of an unstoppable new chapter in the Hoagie Reignz rise to fame.
