Benji became a key figure in Berlin’s early ’90s club scene with residencies at Tresor, Bunker’s Red Hot Chill Out Club, and the first SNAX parties. From 1999, he pioneered the fusion of Italo-Disco, synth/wave, and obscure disco in Berlin, hosting the Italo-only show Radio Tenax on Twen FM (2003–2011). With 30+ years behind the decks, Benji keeps pushing boundaries with genre-blending sets across Europe.

...playing the tent (sektor evolution/dresden) at the DAVE OFF festival 2017. right after two italo disco lads and 100 people on the floor, who were on fire and staring at me, starting my intro (EROC!!!) hahahaha and then they left, except 15-20 people...  the open minded quarter haha, two techno girls came up to me afterwards and asked for the marianne rosenberg track - of course. when this track was playing the club owner came to the booth and asked me "if everything is ok" haha, love ya eisermann, and thanks DAVE festival for having me...
