After long 4 years and 3 month (checksum 7)concentrated work I finally made it and therefore ...
... here's my nobody-is-interested-in-statement about my personal-fucking-damned-world-beater-punk-rock-playlist:
As per beginning of October 2020 I compiled with my best intentions and concrete criterias this playlist new. It is now the best shitlist I ever made because it is just sick how much fucking lifetime I spend for getting my own super-dupper-mega-fine-with-heart-selected-playlist done.
As I created this playlist first in June 2016 it was primary the first punk rock playlist of many others that followed. All these playlists I compiled more or less in the same way that is to say by chance with the selected search result. So I added one track after the other out of SoundCloud until the maximum of 500 tracks per playlist was reached. 
Now the playlist no. 1 is my real "favorite songs" or "most catchy and best quality songs" list because this playlist is now the result of my new detailed two and a half weeks lasting two steps search through 
+ 14,000 punk rock songs with these main selection criterias:

- with qualitative good or high recording and playback level 
- with singing that is (punky) singing but not only shouting or yelling 
- with clear cognizable punk rock music style / elements
- with a catchy melody and sound

First step: 
I selected 2200 songs out of + 14000 tracks that seems to match best with the criterias after only a short listening.

Second step: 
I selected the 500 most catchy songs out of the first rough search step with a provisional result of 2200 selected songs.

Third step: 
I replaced the 500 old songs in the playlist with the new once in a complaisant succession.
Fourth step:
Keep up a continuous exchange of tracks.

Step zero:
... okay, I shoulld mention that there is one small step more in the very beginning that formed the basis... and this means to collect before a bit more than 14,000 punk rock songs (... that tooks me unbelieveable 4 years ...).

Note:
In Dec. 20 / Jan. 21 ...
I replaced another 77 songs that were mainly crossovers by other songs I had up my sleeve.
I arrange the entrance hall with the first 50 songs new, maninly more stricktly to what makes punk rock a difference ... with the best songs I know. 
I arranged the order of the tracks new by sound as well as lenght of the written song title. 
I made some small sub-groups of songs with a certain theme or/and keyword in the song title-
I took all songs  in the beginnig of January 2021 with less than a thousand plays to get them above that level. With roundabout a total of 145K plays  allotted to 217 songs each on passed the +1000 plays line.
