I once heard an interesting saying: When life draws to a close, countless past memories emerge like a revolving lantern—quietly arranged, like a gentle and solemn row of dominoes, toppling one after another and slowly dissipating.

In fact, the "self" of every stage of our lives is composed of these countless experiences. Every joy, every heartbreak, every moment of confusion and awakening is like a domino in your destiny. They silently stretch out, forming the path you have come.

And when the moment arrives, they are gently pushed down—that is not disappearance, but a gentle completion. All the fragments of your love, pain, and madness have long been woven into your blood, quietly changing your perspective on the world and becoming the way you respond to life.

In the songs "After" and "After," I attempt to use musical notes to speculate about what happens "afterward"—
"How, after experiencing certain things, we suddenly understand a song from the past"
"How, after letting go of a person or an event, do we finally understand what we truly want"

Experience won't give you answers, but it can help you understand yourself. It can't prevent pain, but it will allow you, amidst the lingering pain, to better understand how much you can endure and how much you can still trust.

It is all these experiences that have pieced together who you are today—real and powerful.
