Ovnimoon Records presents a brilliant two track EP "Cosmic Mantra" from Protonix, presenting one collab track with Kenya "India To Mexico" . Protonix is Psychedelic Progressive Trance project initiated by Rahul Davis from New Delhi, India. Rahuls true love for music was ignited at an early age of 16 when he got his hands on DJ-ing. He is known for throwing up energy on the dancefloor wherever he got the opportunity, he was also the resident DJ at one of the most happening spot of Delhi , Khan Market. He played at various clubs and events in the capital . His desire and passion for psychedelic music grew stronger, and he thought of producing psychedelic trance music . This urge to get better and more skilled in music pushed rahul to pursue audio engineering from one of the most skilled and creative music production school ILM in New Delhi. Today there is no stoping Rahul Davis in his endevour to produce some of the most entangling and groovy basslines, mystical and trippy melodies designed to create powerful and memorable experience on the dancefloor waiting to travel across the world.

The latest from composer/producer virtuoso guitarist KALI is a groundbreaking masterpiece of traditional instruments playing dance-floor styled jams. From beginning to end each carefully crafted journey builds and flows with colorful guitars, thick bass, crystal clear drums and lots of rich sampling and analog synthesizers.  It’s remarkable how KALI combines cinematic drama with conscious house and trance music. The bright clarity and confident joyousness of "Gelatin Coated" and "Dose 1 or 2 pills" express a wonderful feel good vibe while "No. 284" and "100" get downright tribal with wild percussion and smooth heavy hitting bass sounds.  The first single, "Pills", features a delicious interplay between an aggressive and decidedly male electric guitar, and a languid female voice, getting quite erotic as they mesh.  The whole album creates a dramatic journey through wonderlands of delicious sounds and textures.
KALI’S latest self titled album is the product of his live electronica ensemble that creates really dynamic and compelling music by embracing modern dance-floor music.  KALI’S live sets of House, Trance, and Drum & Bass, is mixed live with plenty of old school real time DUB. Artist Profile
As a classically trained musician Kali learned to read music at the age of eight. He was playing in jazz combos doing be-bop and standards by the age of thirteen.  Kali studied jazz extensively with Rick Messina.  Kali attended the Royal College of Music in London where he studied with Jakob Lindberg, and the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel Switzerland, where he studied with Hopkinson Smith and Eugen Dombois.  Kali is an expert in Baroque music and has recorded the suites for lute in C minor and E major by J. S. Bach, and major pieces by Francisco Tarrega and Matteo Carcassi.  Kali has given solo recitals in London, France, and Switzerland and has played live on the radio in California and France.  Kali has recorded original music in many styles including dub, hip hop, electronica, and progressive as well as his own unique creation "Swamp Sound System" -a blend of blues dub and electronics with a cinematic Americana flavor.  Kali has recorded and played all over the United States with many groups including: Swamp Sound System, Drink & Food, Sharkbait, Mr. Lucky, Supertroll, Alter Ego, Funk Dub Division, and President’s Breakfast.

Starting in 1994 as a producer and DJ, Ralph founded the project RASTALIENS together with his friend Jay. The latest album „Back on earth" was releases on Phar Psyde Records in 2007. In 2003, when he moved to Switzerland with his wife, he decided to start his own project BRAINCELL. The first album „Universal Language" was released on Glowing Flame Records in 2005, which was followed by an impressive string of releases on various compilations and labels. In 2007 the second album „Transformation of reality" came out and the 3rd album „Frequency Evolution" was released in September 2008 on Glowing Flame Records.
To date he has played on every major continent in countries like USA, Brazil, Australia, Italy, Germany, UK, Greece, etc. and received much praise for his energetic and emotional live shows and DJ Sets. 

Since 2007 Ralph is also producing tracks under the project name SOLAR SPECTRUM, which represents the more progressive side of his creativity. The debut album of SOLAR SPECTRUM was released 2009 on Free Freak Records as well with already two releases on Glowing Flame Records and Free Freak Records. Second album „(R)Evolution of consciousness" was released 2010 on Free Spirit Records together with some digital EPs.
