“Confusion (Jump)” is a 2021 demo, an experimental progressive dance house track that explores the two sides of inner conflict. The first part dives into darker, restless tones, while the second opens toward light — a jump into resolution and release. 

The darkness tastes of solitude, wrapping the room in silence. Shadows breathe slowly, carrying the weight of hidden thoughts. Yet something begins to move… the rhythm builds, it feeds on itself, growing stronger. From confusion to clarity, from silence to release: even in the deepest night, one is never alone.

In the summer of 1996 I bought a CD called In Order To Dance 5.
The music was intriguing to say the least. It was an introduction to all kinds of techno, from experimental, hard or minimal, to soulful and warm.
One of the tracks that stood out for me was Mengs Theme by Point Blank AKA Secret Cinema. It was a 7,5 minute intense musical trip with overwhelming repetitive melodies and hunting percussion.
Mengs Theme remained one of my very favorite tracks since that summer.
Re-releasing it on Green with my own remix is nothing but a big honour.

Hot on the heals of Phil Kieran’s first Blinded By The Sun Album Remix project which featured Roman Flügel and Andrew Weatherall remixes, Hot Creations return with a second remix package. Mano Le Tough, Matthew Herbert and David Holmes all contribute to create a set of flawless cuts and a superb second Remix package.

Revered by his peers, Kieran has been producing music for over a decade, building on his solid reputation and forever pushing boundaries with his music. When selecting the second group of remixers, Kieran chose “people who have influenced me and still currently do, in some way I guess they have a connection to the record already. I made a wish list of who I wanted and to my surprise it all seemed to come together very quickly”.

Both heralding from Ireland, Mano Le Tough aka Niall Mannion was an obvious choice for Kieran due to the shared dedication of their craft, and leaves a deeply emotional imprint on Solar Storm. In 2013 Mannion released his debut album Changing Days on Permanent Vacation, soon followed by Resident Advisor ranking him #8 in their Top 100 DJs Poll.

Similarly to Kieran, English musician and producer Matthew Herbert regularly ignores the restraints associated with dance music, instead choosing a path of innovation. Taking Realities Forgotten into the early morning hours, Herbert punctures a swinging rhythm with electronic glitches.

David Holmes under his Unloved alias concludes the package with a cinematic remix of Think Too Much, overflowing with emotion, it makes the perfect conclusion to a stellar release. Also from Belfast, Holmes has been composing music for over two decades, winning his second Ivor Novello award in 2016.

After years of golden dispatches on the likes of Truesoul, UK deep tech conjurer Reset Robot makes his debut on Ovum with three pure pedigree plates. ‘Barking Orders’ does not live up to its name; neither does it bark at you, or order to you to bark. Rather, it gently insists through the medium of a sinewy rippling hook that gradually builds with deep, alluring hypnotic effect in a way that’s tailored perfectly to Ovum. Next we take a bite down on ‘Corquette’ a track that’s unapologetically lean and robust in its opening throws. Subby, chunky but starkly naked until we’re well past the three minute mark, the intense suspense pays off with epic synth salvos that really will have you barking. Finally Reset Robot sends us off with a nightcap; ‘Tincture’. Once again we’re hit by minimal elements but maximum feels; broadsword sub-laced kicks, subtle croaks, groans and gentle droning pads set the scene before more rhythmic elements enter the fray and completely change the narrative and dynamic with a whole new sense of uplift. Timeless Moment is proud to present a wonderful label debut EP from Klunsh. 

Klunsh is a French producer that focuses on mixing amazing melodic skills with tribal underground grooves. His first official release on MoBlack was able to reach the TOP 10 Afro House singles on Beatport with big support from names such as Andhim, Oliver Koletzki and Trikk.

For his debut on Timeless Moment Klunsh brings us three tracks in '239 / Kubark / Aud Den Start Warten'. ‘Energy Success’ is an immense construction. An intense narrative with full suspense and release through its bewildering staccato synth riff, this drives and drives until you don’t think it can twist any further… Only to find it does. 

‘Ways’ takes us even deeper into Luis’s cosmic universe as a beautiful humanoid texture provides the lead while big washes sweep in the background. Gently rising with layers of positivity and musicality, there’s bewildering magic laced deep into the soul of the track… Something that label boss Super Flu complement in a completely flipped way with the remix. Taking the chords and building them around tightly plucked instrumentation, there’s a pensive sense of drama running throughout.
