Im very new to Djing, and have been playing the decks for roughly two years now but have been into dance music from the age of 13. 
Id attempted a few times about ten years ago to have a mix, but only got a fluke mix in now and again and never persued the interst in learning how to....UNTILL...

a friend of mine took the time to teach me the theory of spinning those wheels, and what can i say from then on I was hooked.

 I started off playing 1210's mixing hardcore on vinyl, and thanks to a few very good friends who made it possible for me to have my first set at hardcore frenzy, i was playing my first set only 3 months into learning. It was nerve racking but, a great experience al the same. Although my nerves competely got the better of me and i was so worried id make a mistake i made the worst one of all and pulled the needle off the wrong record...was a funny awkward moment, but a hel of a learning curve. lol

since then ive had a few random sets in the cardigan area playing differen genres, hardcore, hard nrg and hardhouse mostly, and have also started playing cdj's. 
I am versatile with what i play and if i like the sound of it I will learn to mix it.

about 12 months into my Djing i was asked to play for the hells angels and was given Resident Dj staus by hells angels 81 west crew in haverford west thanks to the legend that is Stormy. 

Stormy organised for me to play my first big gig at the bullldog bash 25th birthday in startford Upon avon in august, which gave me the chance to play along side the likes of :- Jock dreadster, Riggsy, Utopic, SoNiK, Phizz, Simon Vegas, Strange dave and livewire and many others. 
I was chuffed that Jock Dreadster has been inviting me to play for him at his event E:volve free parties in kiderminster too.

being into the Djing side of things as much as i am, im also trying my hand at producing a little, teaching myself mostly, but having the amazing advantage of having so many Dj/Producer friends, who have been willing to help, and kindly share their hard gained knowledge and skills to get me on the right track.



Razor Recordings was established in June 2007 by two like minded hard dance DJ’s & Producers from the midlands, Steve-NRG & LT1. Razor was originally created as Vinyl output with an aim to push
some of the midlands fast growing Hard House music talent, as well as their own. Razor’s popularity and brand grew quickly leading to signings from some of the UK's leading Hard Dance players such as Rodi Style, Tom Parr and Riggsy.

Over the last two years Razor have been involved with more than a dozen events with tour parties and collaborations across the country and it is the fast rising response to this brand that led to the launch of a new label and chapter the Razor Saga ‘Test Lab Recordings’. The first release from Test lab hit No. 1 in the Banging Tunes Vinyl charts and brought a promising start and bright thing to look forward to.

Trying to look and cater for all DJs needs Razor then launched Digital Razor with an aim of bringing the best Digital music to the masses.

Just two years on and so much has happened Razor are definitely on course for bringing you The Cutting Edge of Hard House!
