The third release by Ghost in the Machine serves up another vicious batch of dark and brooding industrial techno dance floor destroyers that are guaranteed to mess with your sensibilities. From Another Mind, the techno party and label from southern Germany, is putting out a pair of remix EPs in February. 

Version 004.1 and Version 004.2 are made of reworks of material that From Another Mind bosses SHDW and Obscure Shape have released across three EPs since launching the label in 2015. The lineup of remixers includes some of the biggest names in the business. Rødhåd leads off the first set, which also features James Ruskin, Dax J and Shlømo. Meanwhile, the second EP opens with a joint rework from Tale Of Us and Mind Against, with Inland, Ryan James Ford and Konstantin Sibold contributing as well. 

Both EPs will come on vinyl and digital formats, with separate cover artwork that's designed to sit next to each other.

For this episode we invited Setaoc Mass. As a DJ and producer, he is part of a select cut of young artists who are absorbing techno’s legacy and carrying the torch into tomorrow. Whilst overseeing his own imprint SK_eleven, his releases push a galvanising brand of techno, steeped in a sense of urgency, ever-propulsive with acute detailing and nods to a futuristic space-age. In addition to a debut release on Len Faki’s Figure which has caught the eye of some of the scene’s most respected DJ’s. As a selector, the Mancunian’s extended DJ sets pull from an expansive spectrum of material both new and old.

He has already built a very solid career with a series of records released on many great labels such as ARTS, Pole Group, Dynamic Reflection as well as his first label that is also called Unbalance. Holding residencies and regular gigs throughout his hometown and also into Europe in clubs like Tresor and Berghain, he quickly gained a reputation as a skillful and excellent DJ with flawless sets moving from classic techno sounds to a more futuristic wave. Aleksandr is also ready to launch his new label project this June, a platform where he will release music of his as well as other artists, newcomers, and veterans. More details will be announced in May. Till then please enjoy a perfect driven techno mix for the next one hour.

Born and breed in Spain, P.E.A.R.L. was first introduced to electronic music through the sounds
of the late 90s and early 2000s, which have played a foundational role in shaping his artistic
identity. Immersing himself in club culture during his teenage years, he developed a deep
connection to the raw energy of Techno music, particularly influenced by the sounds emerging
from the UK and Spain.

In 2012, he moves to Berlin, and a year later, he established his own label, Falling Ethics
Records. Initially a platform for his own work, the label has expanded to showcase a diverse
range of artists, contributing to the global Techno community. Falling Ethics is also known for
its distinctive visual aesthetic and authenticity that has helped to establish itself as a reference
point in the independent scene.

As a performer, P.E.A.R.L. brings quality to the DJ booth: His approach is less about spectacle
and more about crafting moments with love and deeply personal. There’s intentionality in how
he guides the dancefloor, balancing tension with release in a very eclectic way. It’s this
unpretentious yet deliberate artistry that has earned him a quiet respect within the global
Techno community, not as a figure chasing trends, but as someone who understands our culture.
