P-Hicks is a rap artist from Raleigh, North Carolina who has always had a love for music in general. He began to do his own music at the age of 13. He was introduced to music production by a family friend and quickly gravitated to beat making and shortly thereafter begin to play the bass guitar. Some of his influences include Jay-Z, Nas, Lauryn Hill, Micheal Jackson and southern based artist such as UGK, Scarface and T.I. His sound has a very unique street edge presented with lyricism. His music appeals to his audience because of his energy, passion, and subject matter. His goal is to provide a fresh sound or product and to be one of the first to really represent the city and environment he grew up in. currently in the studio working on countless new music he is putting together projects that are sure to lift him to new heights.

Born April 15, 1983, creative, artistic and semi political rapper/ producer Frost has made a new statement to bring creativity back to hip hop. He is influenced by elements of soul music, classic rock and acts such as UGK and Dead Prez. "Music is my life" he states in recent interviews.


Frost attributes poetry as the catalyst for his Hip Hop career. Writing since the age of 10, he has gone through an evolution through the years  to create a sound like no other. Producing for over ten years, Frost states that "it's not just the sound, but creating quality music with a message that people can laugh, cry and learn from."  Utilizing story's from experiences of his life with a twist of artistic flair, Frost is armed with a mission to have an impact on the community and to not perpetuate stereotypes. He lives with the belief that through love and unity people will overcome any struggle. Frost is currently prepareing to elevate his beliefs and craft to new heights for his hometown of Raleigh, NC.    



Frost has a drive for prefection, as he follows in the foot steps of the greats of any genre of music. Working in the studio he pushes to portray the right feeling for each song he crafts. Frost states, " working in the studio I want to be creative, so I can eventually tour the world delivering music that can change lives."  Embarking on a quest to build a solid foundation, Frost is pushing to become a cornerstone for Hip-Hop's next generation.  He is pushing for truth, knowledge, love and quality through the music we all hold dear.
