I’m a DJ based in Helsinki, though my roots go way back to the countryside – the kind of periphery where silence was loud and music became my escape hatch.

What really makes my heart race is fast-paced hard house and techno. They capture my attitude toward life pretty well: quick, surprising, and sometimes just plain joyful. But don’t be fooled—I also love diving into the depths of progressive and melodic house when the mood calls for it.

Music has always been my second language. As a kid it started with the piano, then moved through wind instruments, choir singing, and eventually landed me behind the decks. For me, music is both a way to express emotions and a way to retreat into my own world.

When I play, I choose tracks with care and love—no compromises (though maybe sometimes I should). My sets are shaped by intuition and feeling, rather than strict genre boundaries. If it makes me move, if it tells a story, then it belongs.

Use the space and sound to slow down and check in with yourself. Reflect on life, on where you’re at.
Or you can just say fuck it, simply let go and enjoy the ride! 

I have a selection that, at least for me, has created a powerful sense of capability, that kind of melancholic euphoria, you probably know what I mean? 

Shared experience and piecing that together is sacredly important to me. I am willing to take risks when crafting that together.  What does that mean in practice? 
I’ve noticed that having a few surprises up my sleeve in terms of music selection really helps with that. When the crowd is even a little on edge, wondering what’s coming next, it keeps that good tension and collaborative vibe alive.

Over the past years, I’ve more often managed to create that “in the same boat” feeling on the dance floor. That’s the most important thing for me: when I see people exchanging approving looks, collectively building the co-created experience. 

I’m happy to put myself in a vulnerable position, even risk becoming laughed at in a situation where some electronic music purist might say, “You can’t do that, it’s tasteless crap.” But then it ends up working on the floor in that moment. And if it doesn’t, that’s a price I'm willing to pay. 

I believe emotional intelligence is just as essential to a great DJ as musical taste and a well-stocked record collection. Hundreds of nights spent on dance floors don’t hurt either.

I take this craft very seriously, but that doesn’t mean I can’t approach it with a touch of playfulness. I' active atm and in the past year I have played from Après-Ski in the Alps to Clubs, Bars to Underground Raves to regional Burning Man events. 

I spend hours daily digging new music. I have a vast collection, spanning from indie dance to minimal, progressive, deep house, and techno.  

I'm always excited to play. I have a deep addiction to moments where magic and emotions are co-created on the dancefloor ✨✨
