For this 2nd show, Albertson (@alberto-terrazas) recorded a 1 hour long Disco & House set for your ears brodcasted on Internet Public Radio (@internetpublicradio) based in Guadalajara. 

Each month, I will invite an artist that I admire for his iconic style based on the music that I dig so be ready to listen to balearic, new beat, Middle East disco or proto-goa trance.

With a relatively young career has a Dj, Albertson (@alberto-terrazas) has already proven his talent for different events and venues througout Mexico & USA. Co-Founder of Colectivo Miramar formerly Casa Disco, he's played at all the best-known clubs and parties in Mexico CIty including Departamento, Glory CLub, Fünk, Normandie, Japan, SunndaySunday as well as Bahidora's 2020 closing party.

The Helsinki based collective Free Shelter, consisting of Miro-Benji, Aake Kivalo, Aaron Maple and DJ Margerita, are mostly known for their edit releases (with support from every corner in the world) and their monthly radio show on IDA Radio. 
Their sound usually range from one extreme to the other. Whether it be the tackiest of guilty-pleasure disco to the rougher sounds of the spectrum in the form of photo-trance and modern breakbeat, they’re more than willing to take the task at their own hand. 
For this Discoteca Podcast mix, the quartet showcase the listener what a club night à la Free Shelter would be like…

Originally from France, but grew up in America, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Romain Fx's rootless background gives him a big advantage when it comes to ear openness. Romain has been a key innovator in the Hong Kong & Asian music scene for the past 12 years. He has spearheaded multiple fresh concepts. 
His extensive travelling for tours in places like Asia, Europe and his contact with the music industry players on all fronts, has helped him shape his music to fit most dance-floors, from Disco, to House, to Italo, to Funk, to Soul, to Afrobeat, to Dark Disco and so on... 

Thanks to years of crate digging and a solid 10 years of DJing this fellah knows his classics as well as some of the most obscure digs. All his sets are different, you will definitely be in for a treat.

Residentes Balearicos is a new project founded by Luca Averna and Ale Doretto, both resident DJs in Ibiza and both hailing from Venice, Italy.

Together, they make music that tries to capture the amorphous energy of Ibiza, sizzling on sunny beaches, lulling through lounge conversations, and reaching palpable states in throbbing club nights before disseminating into the countryside air for replenishment.  

The project is based on a collaborative idea where Luca and Ale invite other artists from the island into the studio with the aim of sparking up new and fresh ideas for how Balearic music can sound, both within chillout and dancefloor disciplines.   

For Eivissenc, they were joined by DJ and producer Chris Coco. The music here is inscribed with the genesis of Residentes Balearicos: Luca’s flash of inspiration listening to old vinyl at the San Jordi Market and Ale and Chris’ help sculpting that idea into three radiant, highly danceable tracks.
