With some of our personal favorite labels and the outstanding music you can count on them releasing time and time again, this is the perfect introduction to some Label names that you may not be familiar with and a reminder of how awesome the labels you do recognize are.

Released back in 2006, 'Atlas' has reached its ten year anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with some shiny new remixes? From one duo another, Swiss pair Adriatique have swapped DIYmanic for devilish with their new re-imagining.

They've taken the techno bruiser and turned into a twinkly builder, one that keeps intact all of the components that make the original so good. The colossal main riff is still there, creating a nice amount of dread while tones flutter innocently in the background.

David Mayer’s career and background is marked by a desire to keep moving and experiencing new perspectives. Having finally settled in Berlin, the German DJ and producer has built up an enviously diverse back catalogue on labels such as Connected Frontline, Objektivity, Gruuv, Audiomatique and Keinemusik. With his first release on Acid Pauli and Nico Stojan’s Ouie label, Mayer brings his trademark groove to the fore once more.

'The Call' is a mid tempo chugger built around a kick, clap and 808 blip, before a more organic groove develops. The slowed down chants and wigged out synth line take the vibe into afro cosmic territory, without losing the original energy.

'Sooner' is a little more urgent and comes in another collaboration with Sooma. Following up on their most recent teamwork 'Drained', the duo this time delivers an instrumental. A crisp, forward leaning rhythm and a deep, subby bass lead the way, before another frazzled synthesiser takes us on a melodic walkabout.

'Black Queen' is another example of Mayer’s slick drum programming, keeping things zesty on the dance floor but with acres of space to lose yourself in.

The digital bonus track - 'The Girl With No Name', introduces a sublime kalimba melody and esoteric percussion, sitting nicely within a slo-mo house vibe.

Release Info: 
23th september 2019 will be highlighted as the day Univack Records released their best prog-house EP till date. A outstanding pack of talent featuring Antrim (Sudbeat / Replug) and remixes by Petar Dundov (Cocoon / Systematic) and Navar (Lost & Found / microCastle).

Hard to pick a favourite track in this "Crossing the Ocean" precious pirate loot, sailing the seven corners of progressive scene. From atmospheric deep evolutive main tracks from argentinian well known producer Antrim, to the straight catchy vibes from the croatian star Petar Dundov, or the complex giant cathedral of sound the dutch Navar did to close the pack. 

All of them in their first appereance in the spanish label, wich promises this won´t be the last big release in 2019.
