After a Ski day we decided to go straight onto the mixer and randomly  Build up a long progressive set and record the session. We worked with new release , old classic and timeless tracks to create a nice musical journey

Over the past decades, Jaap Ligthart has played at many clubs and festivals in Argentina, America, England, Portugal, Spain, Scotland, Czech Republic, Russia, Mauritius, Malaysia, Belgium, Egypt, Ukraine, Slovakia, Germany, but of course also in the Netherlands. He is also a regular guest on the 'Boom Room' show on the Dutch radio station Slam.

His music has been released on Global Underground, Where The Heart Is, Selador, Songspire, Manual Music, Say What Records, Einmusika, Click Records, Play Records, Lost Language and many other labels.

As a regular visitor, I was a huge fan of the Hartstocht festival from the dunes of Petten to Elp 2023. This year I was completely taken by surprise because I was asked to perform at Hartstocht. What a huge honor! Bob and Hilbrand thank you very much! But I would also like to thank all my friends and other dancers who made the effort to come dance so early. Your energy gave me such an adrenaline rush! After my gig I sat outside on a bench for an hour and a half to recover. Natural high and that's quite tasty! The closing track was a remix by Simon & Garfunkel (thanks for the tip John S.) which in their track I put my own a spin over it. Exciting to perform the long vocal break but it was well received, the crowd went crazy!
