improv for new song....floating above the burnt landscape of memory
as my job requires me to work nights, there are times when i wake up on my days off, with throbbing head and no idea what time of day or day it is...just a flickering loop of memories in a place that feels outside time
one moment complete clarity, next moment a gaussian blur and so on

p.s. i have overused the fade-in guitar thing ever since i first did it :)
having the volume change was suddenly a little bit of magic in the sound back then
i think making a good 'acoustic' version of this without echo.....
may be impossible....so i'll have to tell the london symphony orchestra they'll have to wait :))
they are never off the phone to me...'o holy shitshow please let us play one of your pieces!!'
and i'm like 'all in good time L.S.O., all in good time'
....and then i wake up :(
