The album's title, Past Life, refers to the feelings and ideas that were circulating when the tracks were created, but also to how it feels to look back at old music and the old selves who created it. There is an unsettling but tempting feeling about the future for the artist. 

The tracks selected for this release are those that he always listened to without really knowing where they came from or where they were going, as he is still surprised to this day that he created them. They do not resemble Ranga's previous music, but rather, for him, they are music of the future.

Slovenia's bespoke Dubstep collective forges ahead and takes the reigns for its third heavyweight vinyl release.  Wreaking musical havoc with vital support by key scene figures, the fiercely talented crew of like-minded individuals now untethers the next physical chapter in their low-frequency saga with unbridled might. Living and breathing sound system culture, the DeepEnd! massive once again follows through with four prime cuts, designed to get people moving and heads rolling.
 
Infused with equal amounts of swing and terror, CLZ's 'Haunt' ushers in the release with apocalyptic resonances and dread-infused swagger grooves. Concealed in drizzly percussion and slack breaks amidst serious weight, the quasi-melodic lead and off-kilter finale prove this one to be haunting indeed. Crisp blows await in Kanomotis' 'Watch Yah Steppa VIP' as distant choirs surge through the deeply psychedelic soundscape. Militant vintage strings scrape along only for us all to descend into swaths of pressure-ridden hypnosis. Harmonic lunacy follows the call of meticulous drums - foundation sound. 'Madness' takes over with RawLand & DubDiggerz on the controls, conjuring an abysmal atmosphere and tripped out synthesizer bleeps. Laced in spectral echoes, enormous drums rupture in elaborate rhythmic patterns, laid among profound sub-bass support armaments. FLO & Gisaza's 'Northern Technique' ignites all available cylinders a final time, raiding the dance floor in style. Witnessing the teachings of the East, an immediate descent into a no-holds-barred groove barrage follows. Coveted in tasteful mid-bass surges and immaculate flow - oriental flutes and subterranean excursions make their way into our heart, mind and soul.

Parisian imprint [re]sources is unveiling the third volume of its Human Resources series, following up with the previous editions which had introduced to a new generation of French producers such as Sylvere, Sunareht, Le Dom, Chams, Katuchat or Dehousy.

With this new release, the [re]sources crew have invited international friends and producers, some of them who were guests on the label’s bi-monthly radio show on Rinse France. An extended number of nationalities is represented in this list of rising DJs and producers: Australia (Galtier), Greece (Radio Etc), Japan (Grandivaa), Mexico (Omaar), Korea (Mignon), USA (Ten TwentySeven, Farsight) and quite a few brits (Holloway, Arma, LMajor, El James, J-Shadow).

Tempos run from 90 to 140 bpm while the mood captures the essence of the new club cultures and cross genre experimentations. A blend of UK bass influences that merge together in the sounds of Techno, Electro, Dancehall, UK Funky, Jungle and UK Garage. A sound the label has been pushing for more than 5 years now. A weighty stack of club smashers you won't never stop to boost in the sound system, at home and on the dancefloor.
