Paging Raymond is/was an alt-country / roots rock band from Indianapolis. The group counted Old 97's, Whiskeytown, and the Jayhawks among their influences, and like those artists embraced and incorporated pop hooks and strong vocal harmonies into their Americana sound. They released two CD's, the largely acoustic "Please.Quiet.Recording." and the more electrified "Bridges Left To Burn" before going into hibernation is 2004. The band occasionally resurfaces for a reunion show, most recently in 2011. While both Paging Raymond albums are available on iTunes, the songs here are unreleased demos and live recordings that turn up from time to time.
