Jason Jinx began spinning in 1991 and producing/remixing in 1995.
He pioneered Drum & Bass in the States as the first U.S. DJ to be on Moving Shadow, Reinforced Records, Suburban Base and Formation Records promo mailing lists.
His first releases in 1995 were D&B and were followed up with House, Tech-house, and Tribal productions and remixes under aliases such as Joystick, Rubber Souls, Trigger, The SNS Project, Saturday Night Soul, Shadow People, JNX, Unlucky Bitch, Jinxed, Hardsync, Drinx, A-DJ and a few others on his own imprint, Club Recordings and world renowned labels such as Defected Records, Tool Room Records, Subliminal Records, Yoshitoshi Records, Ovum Recordings, Strictly Rhythm Records, EightBall Records, Sm:)e Communications, Liquid Sky/Jungle Sky Music, Nervous Records , Groove On, Maxi Recordings, King Street Records, Moody, Chez, F-111, Pukka, Fluential, and the list goes on..
