Today on Meta Moto Premieres we have a track of the upcoming album Acid Love Break Ups & Eternal Snow by Abstract Reality label head & French electronic producer Pierre Labret.
Discodrama is a shimmering, vocoder-laced fusion of French elegance and Italo Disco nostalgia. Cinematic and emotional, it channels mirrorball melancholy through analog synths, romantic chords, and tight, crispy drums.
A dreamlike slow-burn, this is retro-futurist funk for heartbroken robots and late-night lovers, where drama meets desire under dimmed lights.

A tribute to nights that begin in glitter and euphoria but end in silence, tears, and neon-lit arguments, Discodrama captures the fragile line between romance and collapse.
When the music fades but emotions refuse to.
It’s the echo of a perfect night slipping out of tune, leaving only pulse and regret behind.

Barcelona-based record label Adepta unveil ‘Sleek Vibra’, a dystopian missive from Rome-based producer Alessandro Gramaccioni, operating under the cryptonym AFM...Our pick, ‘Kamui Effect’, opens with a scrambled polyphony of laser-guided distress signals and shortwave interference, as if intercepted from a rogue satellite in psychic orbit. What follows is a hyperventilated stutter of metallic percussions and spasmodic low-end sequences, sound architecture for dancefloors warped by fever dreams. A harp flickers in and out like a ghost in the circuitry, while distant male voices echo through steel ducts. Nervous and high-functioning, it feels like an artefact from a club night that never ended, or perhaps never began. Grainy, cerebral, and gloriously unstable, this one’s tailor-made for heads seeking sanctuary at the edges.

Sin Afuera (“Without Outside”) is the new collaborative EP from Chilean producer @Imaabs, label manager of NAAFI and cofounder of Máquina Simple, and @OtherIslands, a vocalist and producer from London’s underground club scene. Both based in Mexico City, the two artists share a close creative partnership shaped by a mutual interest in exploring the limits of global electronic music.

The EP’s title refers to the myth of closed systems—those that define themselves by casting an outside as dissident, migrant, or simply noise, and enforcing its exclusion. Through hybridity, dissonance, and distortion, the record traces the contours of this outside, imagining other ways of being in the world.

Released via NAAFI, the four tracks draw on and destabilize the rhythmic logics of dembow, baile funk, grime, dancehall, reggaeton, and jungle. Frenetic percussion and glistening synths meet expansive sound design: ASMR flickers, field recordings, and fragments of unintelligible speech bleed through swung grooves and shimmering textures. The result is a sound that is luminous and tense, shot through with longing and evoking a space that feels at once intimate and yet out of reach.
