This playlist has the collection of the most beastly and pungent mixes of them all. As you can guess, they range from snail like BPM up to crazy BPM that you cant stop bouncing to. Listening song-by-song in a playlist might do the job, but its always nicer to hear good tunes mixed together.

I spent months compiling this mix. Selecting some of my favorite slinky, sexy, soul tunes, then looping and chopping up the parts i couldn't get enough of, and blending them together into a complete listening experience. This is an ode to baby making music, but also a nod to beat tapes a la Dilla.

"Next up we got a mix from the boys over at the excellent Six Axle website. The mix is called “Dance Traxx Vol. 2″ and follows on from the 'Dance Traxx' mix they did around the beginning of last year - the name coming from Larry Heard’s ‘Dance Tracs’ EP. 

Recently the Six Axle crew have taken there sound out to Berlin playing for Odd Socks Records and also recently the first Louche Berlin party as well as playing gigs up at the Subclub in Glasgow for Subrosa and Rubix.

There are cuts from peeps like Legowelt, Santiago Salazar, Pepe Bradock, Shed, Willie Burns aka DJ Speculator and Funkineven to name a few… check it"

From a new generation of DJs who are growing up with Soundcloud, Facebook and YouTube, Lexer has earned himself a solid place in the contemporary, poppy spin-off of the deeper, melancholic side of house music. With some great Edits and Remixes (Band of Horses or Feist) he started to produce in 2012. Since then he has been getting massive support from big names like Klangkarussell, Alle Farben, Oliver Schories and Tom Novy, with gigs taking him across Europe, to the US and Mexico. With more studio time up ahead, the twenty something DJ producer is holding some great things in prospect.
