The six tracks that comprise 5HTTP's Jel EP are varied and unique while all carrying the hallmarks of his expansive sound. They range from house thumpers to new age influenced spa dance to overdriven house smashers to mid-tempo hypnosis to bedroom headphone dives. The entire EP is filled with personality and emotion. This isn't some cold, unfeeling electronic album. This is something teeming with organic feeling and life. Like a warm breeze drifting in over the sea from a white isle, Mazzo's six-track EP has summer written all over it.

Gentle Winds is an apt title for the range of clearly Balearic-influenced tracks here, taking in hands-in-the-air piano house on Baby I Let You A Bath In, 80s-style hot-funk electro on Blue Field, blissed-out ambient on Cosmic Kiss, and sun-kissed conga-led downtempo on Natural Living.

Across the EP Berlin-based producer Mazzo keeps the atmosphere sweet, smooth, and oh-so-hot. Perfect for the days we all wish would return: beach-bound, bar-side, and vibe-soaked.

A few years ago in Glasgow, you could find a student named Noni crooning tunes with his guitar at our would-be home, Nice n' Sleazy. 

Now back in his native California, and with many long nights on the dancefloor under his belt, he can be found cooking up an array of electronic tracks, ranging from House and Garage to Breakbeat and Jungle. 

The last few months have been super productive for him, having released EPs with labels, Misplaced Recordings, Cool Contest Records and White Deer Records, as well as single on Zone Focus and Imported Paris. 

Keep and eye out for his forthcoming releases on Low Los Angeles and Barcalona's Simplexia Records, as well as the imminent revivial of his side project, &on&on.

His mix is one 4 the ravers as he switches effortlessly through a big selection of heady House and Garage, with the odd classic thrown in!
