En 2009 inicia su carrera como solista desde su lengua materna el maya yucateco crea contenidos musicales en rap fusionado con géneros como lo son: Reggae, Pop, Reggaetón. Enfoca su trabajo en el fortalecimiento de la lengua maya, elige su nombre artístico como “Pat Boy”, ya que en la lengua de sus ancestros Pat refiere a la acción darle forma a algo o crear algo nuevo al igual que es una manera rendir tributo al luchador social Jacinto Pat. Mientras que Boy marca la aspiración de difundir más allá de las fronteras las aportaciones creativas de la comunidad maya hablante.

Andre VII is a Mexican electronic music producer, founder of the new electronic label "Platino Records". He also owns/books Bar Oriente and Xaman. He is also behind the curation of Sonar Mexico in CDMX.
An expert engineer of audio and production, In September of 2014, Andre VII presented his first official music  video for the single "Yo Soy", with pro- duction taking place in Mexico City thanks to THUMP Mexico (the electronic music arm of VICE), the video has more than 1.7 millions views.
Showing us the direction he is taking as a producer at this stage in his career. The EP includes remixes from Dj’s Pareja (Cómeme), Sanfuentes (Sanfuentes Records) and Sonido Fantasma (Turbo Recor-dings).
