A meeting of worlds, where music grows.
So let us dance, as the trees unite,
In vibrant tones of day and night.
With every beat, we hear their plea,
In the dub of the forest, I spoke to the trees.

Bio/
German-based artist Christian Schmidt, aka Klordop.
Klordop is rooted in hypnotic minimal techno. His personal style is characterised by the rich atmospheric spectrum of electroacoustic sounds – unusual in electronic dance music – driven by irresistible grooves.
Expect wondrous journeys for the mind and the body, riding on infectious beats through intense psychedelic soundscapes. The work of the Hamburg-based artist has taken on epic proportions under various project names on his own label, Roo Rec. Today, his main projects are Klordop (dub minimal techno) and Segensklang (for ambient drone).

The room is dark, yet it hums with a pulse. A low vibration seeps through the air—like the memory of a city submerged beneath water. Each tone creates a ripple, spreading outward, colliding with silence, and dissolving again.

You close your eyes.

The edges of thought begin to blur, and the inner walls of the mind soften, as though the skull itself has learned to breathe. Patterns unfold: shadows fold into light, and voices collapse into echoes that never belonged to language.

Time slows.

You feel a dilation, a widening—like the pupil of the brain opening toward a vast interior horizon. The self is no longer fixed but smeared across frequencies, drifting in a continuum of reverberation and stillness.

The sound is not outside or within, but between. It is the marrow of perception—the secret architecture of listening.

Somewhere, far beyond measure, the cerebrum exhales.

And in that release, you understand: expansion is not an escape, but a return.

grad_u (Aleksandr Martinkevič) is a Vilnius-based DJ, producer, and label owner, widely recognized as one of the key figures in the modern deep and dub techno scene. Active for over two decades, he has shaped a career that bridges multiple roles — from local DJ to international tastemaker — while maintaining a distinctive and coherent sonic identity.
Originally rooted in d’n’b, his artistic direction shifted after hearing Fluxion’s Prospect II, a transformative moment that steered him toward the immersive depths of dub techno. Since then, his sound — suspended between natural landscapes and urban geometries — has evolved through the use of analog textures, tape recording, and a painterly approach to production.

In 2012, he founded Redscale, his first vinyl-only label, created to host his own work and soon acclaimed worldwide. Yet it was with the launch of Greyscale that grad_u expanded his vision into a fully realized curatorial project. Its time for another Quadrasphere and once again, its another very special one. We are extremely blessed to welcome Cousin Silas to our series, and he does not disappoint. He has carefully crafted a mix of all his own material, including some edits made exclusively for us and his mix. Cousin Silas has been producing music, both electronically and acoustically for a very long time, and he also is one of the biggest champions of other producers, inspiring many collaborations and projects, primarily through his Cousin Silas Emporium. His music is a regular feature during the ambient intro's to our Dub Exploration shows, and its clear to see why. We thank him again for his time and wonderful mix. Please check his work here:

"Not sure if some of the edits could indeed be classed as exclusives, in truth they have been created just for this mix, so??? A Sprig Of Rowen, Anemoa 2-1, and Emporium Drone 018 haven't been released yet, so depending on when this mix sees the light of day, that may well have changed, but as of creating this, it's true that they are unreleased!
The times are as close as dammit, have to be honest I've never been able to work out how to do time stamps, but like I say, the times in the list above are close.

“I'd like to share how I inspired me to create tracks and why Felicette.
Felicette is the first cat to visit space. Electrodes were implanted into her brain to control her condition during the flight. Upon her return, Felicette was taken to CERMA, where she was studied for two-three months.
Unfortunately, she was euthanized to continue her research. This story makes you wonder about the cost of scientific advancement, and how we treat animals in their quest for new knowledge.
I wish her name was never forgotten first release will be dedicated to her
