This track is an energetic 4/4-heater which will leave you breathless with its pace, its earworm melodies and a hi-pitched chopped vocal that is as catchy as it is minimalist. AUHAM was born and raised in Syria, growing up with metal music. In the last three years, AUHAM discovered his passion for electronic music and has been performing in local clubs ever since, as well as producing for the last two years. 

He plays techno sets, accompanied by live drumming and percussions. He has been producing since 2020. His sound goes in the direction of melodic, Industrial techno with many EBM and new wave influences. “It doesn't have to be that fast. It just has to sound pure enough!”

Happy to welcome DJ Simlocked from Hamburg, Germany for Episode 71 of FILTH Invites!

Having started with DJing in 2014 with Chicago and New York House, DJ Simlocked quickly got interested in somewhat harder sounds and found his love for the Dance Mania Ghetto House scene soon after. Going from there, he soon expanded to Detroit Electro and Techno sounds to finally arrive at the melting point of a multitude of different genres in a fast-paced style.

He is a member of Hamburg based label Action Replay Codes, who host events in Hamburg and Frankfurt while also releasing music by a wide variety of artists from all over the world. Furthermore, he's also the main curator of their mix series "The Hustle" and he has also had releases on labels like Posse Up!, No Service, Habibi Bass, Action Replay Codes and more.

Offenbach's own DJ Simlocked brings a lifetime of musical passion to the decks! From rocking out on the guitar as a kid to transitioning to drums, his journey through the music world has been wild. Around the time he was performing with a Skramz band, the rave scene captured his heart at the age of 17, leading him to pick up DJing in 2014.

While stating that her early selections of electronic music might not be particularly flattering today, Simlocked's influences evolved qucikly to include Detroit legends like Juan Atkins, Gerald Donald, Mad Mike, Detroit In Effect, and Octave One. His production journey kicked off in 2017, drawing inspiration from contemporary artists like Stones Taro, Nikki Nair, Chloe Robinson & ADHD, Shcuro, Ben Pest, Viikatory, and CEM3340.

Now a member of the Hamburg-based collective and label Action Replay Codes, DJ Simlocked has graced clubs like PAL, Bürro, Silbergold, and Tanzhaus West in the Frankfurt area. Electro Essentials Vinyl Mix 2025

@anthony-rother is a stone cold electronic music legend. He’s put out 20 albums since his debut in 1997, and run the Psi49net and Datapunk imprints, which have more or less defined the electro genre. Lately, he’s been back with a vengeance, releasing the “3L3C7RO COMMANDO” LP on his own label, as well as EPs for DVS1’s Mistress Recordings and of course Danny Daze’s Omnidisc. His DJ sets these days are comprised of his own unreleased music specifically tailored for dancefloors. Rother is a dream booking for The Bunker who we still kind of can’t believe is coming to play our collaborative party with Omnidisc on November 1 (more details at http://bit.ly/omnibunker ).
