The George Orwell's 1984 book was the inspiration as McCartney has been quoted by saying he often wonder what the it would be like a year after in 1985. . I sang lead and backups, played all the instruments too; Piano, organ, acoustic and electric guitars, Bass, drums, & percussion. Move On Fast is a John & Yoko song written by Yoko Ono. John came up with the guitar which sounds like a typical riff by Lennon. Everyone's talking about AI so this video is made up of cartoon images used to create all these unique images that illustrate the song. I sang lead, played Electric & VI bass guitar, Organ,& drums. Girls Talk is a classic rocker from 1979 that Dave Edmunds made famous. The song was recently used at the end of the hit series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, which motivated me to record my own version. Fun song to play and sing, I used my Rickenbacker guitars 625 & 660-12 and my Rickenbacker 4003 Bass on the recording. Also Yamaha keys, and my Ludwig classic drumkit. 'Tear Drop City' is a classic Monkees cover written by Boyce & Hart (who wrote a lot of hits for them). Micky Dolenz sang lead on the original and is my Tribute to the Pre Fab Four. The Monkees productions were always top notch, and I hope I captured the  vibe on my cover. In the video I pay tribute to each Monkee in my humble way, can you spot them? I sang lead & all the backups, played my Gretsch Tennessee Rose (Peter Tork's bass in the show was a TR), & a Gretsch Country Gentleman guitar (Michael Nesmith's 12 string a CC), plus Keyboards, Rickenbacker Bass, Shakers & Tambourine (For Davy Jones), & a Ludwig Classic drum kit. Tear Drop City

"I Wanna Be Free'" is my cover version of the Monkees's song and was featured on their debut album. The song was sung by Davy Jones and is consider a classic. I met Davy Jones in the fall of 2011 and pitched to him my version which is what you are hearing with Ukulele, mandolin, acoustic guitar, piano, bass & drums. Davy was not interested in the song as he unfortunately was tired of it. I never got the chance to at least play it to him in early March after some tour dates because of his fatal heart attack.  RIP Davy Jones.
