We are very proud to get our tenth podcast from a very special guest from Norway. Faia is an Oslo-based DJ, producer and club promoter who has played in all major parties in Norway and is also regularly booked to techno and house clubs all around Europe. 

In 2018 Faia got into production, and started a collaboration with Duppeditt. They own the label Romklang Records together and are now releasing their music, as well as being signed with Pointzer0 Rec and Music4Aliens. She’s a label DJ for Small Records and in charge of their mix series SmallCast.

Faia loves being behind the decks, and that also reflects the drive, energy and playfulness in her choice of music which is mostly deep, dark, groovy, techy and hard minimal, techno and house. This masterfully compiled mix of dark and dirty grooves is a great showcase of her talent and modern minimal and psychedelic tech sound.

With a lifelong passion for music, her love of chunky basslines and cheeky psychedelic sounds was found while regularly tearing up the dancefloors of the Melbourne club and doof scene. This love naturally evolved into a desire to share her specific flavour of tunage with those around her.
