Every year in this country a new war on Christmas emerges. There are supporters who believe Christmas is not displayed prominently enough, and opponents who find the holiday to be commercialized and obnoxiously over-represented. In-between lies a little known Christian Hip-Hop group called Pants Velour. These crusaders are on a mission to remind everybody what December 25th is truly about as we drift further and further away from the essence of the Christmas spirit. It's not about trees, gifts, or Santa Claus. No sir. Long before Christmas was "Xmas" and then, more recently, just another "Holiday" and a time for Jewish people to enjoy Chinese takeout, Christmas was, is, and always will be one thing, and one thing only: The birth of Jesus Christ. 

Pants Velour proudly presents to you "Happy Birthday Jesus" - the first true ode to the birth of Jesus Christ since the immaculate conception itself. Seeped in historical accuracy, and reenacted to dramatic effect, the group hopes that this epic depiction will serve as a reminder to all - Christian and non-Christian alike - that no matter what you choose to believe, you never stray too far from the humble beginnings, the birth of Jesus, his sacrifice, and a container of Popeye's Chicken.
